For the price, the fact that the thing is available, and I ordered and received the product within 5 days, I would say that I am exceptionally satisfied with not only the red dot, but the commitment to customer service by Euro Optics. The only quarrel I have with this red dot, from the manufacturer, is that turning it on and off can be a bit of a pain in the butt, as you have to hold the button down for I think it's five seconds. While I'm no weak fingered fool, it can prove difficult deciphering whether the button is pressed or not. But, not a big deal. The battery life ensures that I should only have to turn the red dot on and off once throughout the day and its activities. Definitely like that the sight caps are easy to flip up and they stay out of the way. Also, adjusting/sighting in the optic wasn't a big chore, as the design is easy to work with.

The price was excellent, this RDS. is on point, I really really like it more than I thought I would at first. It's very easy to use and the glass is great, I think that's what got my attention was the quality of the glass. I'm very impressed and very pleased with my purchase.
