Lessons

When you want to learn to paddleboard, partnering with a SUP certified coach is always a winning formula. Whether you are just starting to embark on your first SUP launch, perfecting your paddle stroke, or looking to advance your paddling skills, our instructors are certified through World Paddle Association (WPA), American Canoe Association (ACA) and PaddleFit with disciplines in performance, fitness, nutrition, yoga, Pilates, water-safety and more.

Stand Up Paddle Yoga & Fitness

SUP yoga and SUP fitness are a fantastic way to take your practice to a new level. Classes are designed for all skill levels. Whether you have experience on a paddle board, on a yoga mat, both, or none of the above.

Our instructors work with each participant to make modifications to keep it challenging and fun! Classes are hosted at one of our desert lakes, local gyms or various resorts throughout the Phoenix area. This is one of our most popular events for corporate events and bachelorette parties.
