Love everything about this!
Love the color, and man oh man is it comfy!
Great fleece, just not the fit I want
This seems to be a great fleece, I love the colors and it feels warm, however, I will be returning as I find this to be too long. I am 5'2, 145 lbs with wide hips and a short torso, and I purchased in a size large. I was hoping this would hit me in the back mid-bum, but it goes well beyond my bum, which just isn't the fit I was looking for, especially since there isn't much extra room in the width. I could be wrong, but the description doesn't have a length measurement, only chest, hips, waist, and inseam (sleeve). I am going to try a cropped fleece next. Cropped things usually hit me at a "normal" length.
VERY Warm, Maybe Not the Most Durable
Warmest fleece pullover EVER - I bought this as an inside layer to wear when going snowboarding and it is so warm that it makes me sweat just walking to the slopes from the parking lot! I can wear this inside a light parka in 40 degree weather and still feel warm, though the pullover itself is a little bulky. The only downside is that the sewing between the rim of sleeve and the fleece part ripped when I'm only a year in and now there's a hole at the end of one sleeve (almost like a thumbhole) which make me a little bit disappointed in the quality and longevity of such an expensive product.
Worn twice and there is already a hole
Overall absolutely love this Patagonia pullover, but I have only wore it twice and noticed that there is already a hole at the hem of the sleeve.
My favorite fleece jacket
This is my favorite fleece jacket. The brown color is a warm acorn color, which compliments my fair skin very nicely and perfect for the season. The style is both interesting and functional. As a person with fuller chest (36C) and broad shoulders, the design that breaks the chest area is flattering. An M is a fitted look on me and a bit short even on my 5'4 figure. I got a Large to do layers and it is perfect. It hits me right below the hip. Reference:I'm 5'4 and 155 pds. My skin is relatively fair. I bought the brown jacket.
SO warm and comfy!
I am so in love with this pullover! It is my new ride or die sweater!! I have been wearing it non stop since I picked it up yesterday. I am always cold and this is the perfect level of warmth without too much bulk. I am very excited to take it with me on all my adventures! I have not washed it- others have said that fabric will clump a little, but I don't wash my pullovers very often. I will probably spot treat and the wash in clod & hang dry. The blue is very true to color! And the pockets are PERFECT!! If you are between sizes, go down! :) I bought a small and I am 5'2 145lbs
Nice Pullover -- Doesn't Hold Up
I really like Patagonia products --- and thought this pullover had quite the potential. It is roomy, comfortable, and warm! However, after wearing it a few times, the material will pile. The stitching on the wrist also unraveled. I have not treated this pullover poorly or done anything that should've caused this. For the reasons, I am rating it a solid 2/5. For the price tag, I expected a lot more from Patagonia!
Good pockets, good fleece
This fleece is comfy, warm, and lovely. The large pocket is great, especially considering it has zippers to make sure items don't fall out. However, I think I've been spoiled by the comfort of Patagonia's Synchilla Pullover, and this just isn't quite as cozy. I find the seams on the inside of the arms to be irritating, so I have to wear a long-sleeve shirt underneath. And the fabric isn't as soft as other fleeces. All in all, it's a good pullover, but it's not quite as perfect as some of the other Patagonia fleeces.
Cozy Fleece
Based on the price and description, this fleece is a lighter weight than expected (it’s on par with a Patagonia Light Synchilla and maybe the Better Sweater), so I’m curious to see how warm it is. It fits true to size compared to the rest of my Patagonia outerwear (S) and I do like that the inside is also fleece, instead of the rough material found in Classic Retro-X jackets and vests that are fuzzy on the outside. It’ll be nice for Midwest spring and fall days, summer nights, and as a mid-layer in winter.
Not recommended
I am 5'11" and an XL/curvy body type. The fit is awkward for me--I think that this mostly caused by the band at the bottom, which is a bit too tight and caused the jacket to billow in I am 5'11" and XL/Curvy. The fit is awkward. The fabric is very low quality and not as plush as pictured. It feels like a craft fabric. I did not return it due to not being able to find another option for a jacket. This will be my last Patagonia purchase as the last three jackets I have purchased from Patagonia have been substandard.
