Great product was a little hesitant with the longer barrel wanting a small carbine, after getting it throw it straight on my lower and shoots great. Has a great bolt carrier and firing pin. Used steel case ammo that get light primer strikes with glock and sig went through a box with no light primer strikes or jams.

I purchased this as an addition to my Glock 19 to be used for defensive purposes in the house and camper. Upon receiving it, and trying to chamber a round, it would FTF. When releasing the bolt it would push the cartridge forward and drive the bullet back into the case. I tried 3 different brands of magazines and they all FTF and they all had problems failing to feed JHP ammo. I was using Winchester SXT, and Federal HST JHP . I took photos and contacted PSA and they authorized a return. They said that they test fired the upper and it functioned fine and returned it. I test fired it and again, Winchester SXT ammo is a complete no go in the gun, it will jam every few rounds. Federal HST ammo does not function reliably enough, FTF several times each mag too. So using this as a defensive gun is a disappointment for me. However, with FMJ Hardball ammo this has ran 100%, it is very accurate and fun to shoot.I own several other PSA AR15s and they are flawless, and I find them an excellent deal, and recommend PSA products highly. So I gave this 9mm upper 2 stars for not functioning with HP ammo with acceptable reliability for defensive purposes. However if you are looking for a fun range gun, I would have to give it 5 stars because it eats FMJ ammo without any problem.
