Very minimalist which is what I needed (trying not to look tactical). I fit ceramic plates in this easily and they stay in place. Very easy to put on and pull off with easy adjustments. The fit and function is pretty high quality.

Has no plate retention system so if the Velcro fails your plate is on the ground.
Also it has openings that expose your plates to rain and sunlight.
This thing is a joke and shame on optics planet for selling it!

These Plate Carriers developed by Grey Ghost Gear can carry 10in x 12in plates or a larger ESAPI plate, and six rows of MOLLE/PALS webbing so that you can attach the gear and accessories you need while on duty. The Grey Ghost Gear Minimalist Plate Carrier Vest has adjustable side and shoulder straps for a comfortable, secure fit. 70Dpack cloth lines the inner armor pockets to resist abrasion, and these carriers are breathable so that you can wear them all day long.
