Mini Kanken (Peachy Pink)
Ok, here is the deal. I bought the ox red 15-inch laptop Kanken for travel. I love it. Then I bought the frost green classic Kanken for work and the peachy pink mini for an everyday purse. To say that I am obsessed is an understatement. I love all of the backpacks, and the mini is no exception. I carry bags based on mood. The peachy pink color is an adorable, fun color for any age. I am a 63-year-old baby boomer who still works and goes to school, so I stay busy loving life. I forgot to mention that I bought the assorted Fjallraven pouches to fill up my backpack. I have the old version of the pencil case, the gear pocket, and the gear bag to organize all my things. I do recommend all of their backpacks.
Disappointed in Quality
I was disappointed in the thin fabric on the back. The “seat cushion” was a square of packing foam that they put a sticker on to say “this is you handy back pad and seat cushion”…without the sticker one would think it’s meant to me thrown away because it literally looks like packing material. With the “cushion” in you have no use of the inner pocket in the main compartment either. I was really excited to get this bag (I’ve been eyeing it for years) but I was so disappointed in the design shortcuts that were likely taken for cost cutting, I just returned it. I have a North Face mini Berkeley pack that is amazing so I plan to stick to that.
lovely colors, relatively bad foe your back
Great colors, love the size, but poor for comfort. I just use this for small things (wouldn't put too many things inside as the straps have no support and just dig into your skin if not wearing thick enough layers i.e. shirt and sweatshirt together). Got the lavendae color and I adore the color. What's the saying? Beauty is pain? Yea, describes this backpack well lol
Great little bag!
I bought the regular sized Kanken when I was on vacation in Amsterdam. I decided I wanted the mini to use as a purse for everyday purposes. The quality matches that of the larger bag. It is sturdy and holds everything I need it to. I love the brick color because it is funky but matches everything. With it being a darker color, it doesn't show dirt as easily, which I love.
One of the best
I bought one because my old Jansport bag was getting worn out. This backpack is worth the price. I like the lightness of the backpack which allows me to put in many items without weighing down the bag and making it heavy. I always had a problem with my wallet making my bags really heavy even when it is the only item in the bag. But I didn't have that problem with the Kanken. As someone who has struggled with back pain since I was child due to heavy backpacks and some minor car accidents, this backpack has now become my favorite due to being easy on my back. I'm thinking of buying the bigger version of the bag in the future.
Cute and compact
The black color is great, I also pushed the brick colored bag and it got discolored at creases fairly quickly. Not sure if it was just the color, my black one is fine. No discoloration. It’s a very spacious bag. I carry my iPad 4 air and still have plenty of room for phone, keys, sanitizer and snack.
The perfect small backpack
A great going around town bag for quick trips, running into stores, etc. I never go anywhere without a backpack, and this small bag is perfect for a water bottle, keys, wallet + light sweater. I'm always amazed what I can fit for such a small size. I love it!
Perfect for just about anything
I am so happy my husband gifted me this! It's a great size, very lightweight, holds its' shape, and is water resistant. I use mine for work, the gym, most hikes, and sometimes in lieu of a purse. It's saving my shoulders from the hassle of purses :)

The bag came without packaging and had a few marks on it. I loved the color.
for my Gopro
The bag turned up without a wrap outside. It seems to be placed in store for long time. Some edges of the bag looks old.
