We ordered 2 of the M-150 R7 Folding bikes.  The packing on the bikes was very good and there was no damage to either bike in shipping.  Also the bikes shipped very fast.  My husband had questions about bike assembly and the customer service was great.  We used both chat and calling customer service.  Both methods worked equally as good.  I have also emailed the company with questions, they have replied and were very helpful.  Without hesitation I give the customer service 6 stars!!  Now the bikes...  We love our bikes.  The 5 pedal assist modes are perfect in conjunction with the 7 speeds on the bike.  We can ride longer distances and get exercise. The 750w bikes have great speed for going up hills.  The bikes come with all the headlights, taillights and other accessories so they are ready to ride.  My husband is not a bike rider but loves his bike and is excited about bike riding.  We will be taking them camping and riding trails.  So glad we found Addmotor bikes!!!

This is an early look at the Addmotor Motan M-150 R7. I'll update my review as I learn more about this *incredible* bike.

BACKGROUND
Before I made the purchase, i had been researching fat tire folding bikes more than 3 months. I built a spreadsheet and compared every last detail of every bike, right down to the particular model of derailleur, brakes, motor, torque ratings, nominal and peak watts, suspension (front and/or rear), battery cell quality, battery capacity, weight capacity, included accessories like racks and lights, and so much more. I watched dozens and dozens of videos of reviews of just about every folding electric bike on the market.

WHAT FEATURES WERE IMPORTANT
* Carrying capacity. I fluctuate between 215 and 220lbs.
* Motor rating. I quickly discovered I would need at least a 750watt motor to safely handle the many hills near our house combined with my weight. (350ft ASL to 800ft ASL inclines)
* Name brand components. Shimano, Tektro, Bafang, etc. A battery by Samsung, LG, or Panasonic.
* A minimum 1 year warranty included
* A return guarantee. This was my first eBike purchase, so I wanted peace of mind
* A company that has been selling ebikes for a few years
* An external battery (if possible). Makes it easier to charge off the bike in the winter.

LET'S CUT TO THE CHASE
At the end of my search, all I was waiting for was the right sale on the right bike. Addmotor hit the sweet spot when they took $250 off the Motan M-150 R7. (The R7 is the version with aluminum wheels, not spokes. I don't do much off-roading, so it was less important to me to have steel spokes for flex than fixed aluminum spokes to reduce maintenance.)

WHICH BIKES DID I CONSIDER?
* Lectric XP because... well, because everyone says it's awesome and it's dirt cheap. (More in a minute)
* Ecotric 48v500watt (Great price, but no suspension fork and low powered vs hills)
* Aventon Sinch (Never a serious contender. Too overpriced without the accessories)
* Sonders Fold XS (Again, the price was prohibitive without including any of the accessories)
* Vtuvia SK-20 (Good price, right specs, but the components seemed like no-name knock-offs)
* Yamee 750s (750watts/11.6Ah/70nm torque - w/ Regenerative Power tech)
* Rad Mini 4 (750watts/14Ah/80nm torque)
* BPM F-15x (1000watts/21Ah/85nm torque)
* Onway Mini Plus (750watts/12Ah/80nm torque)
* Rattan LM-750 (750watts/13Ah/72nm torque)

Awesome bikes, good quality, and quick support. Firstly these bikes are amazing. Components are all top notch, and they fly! Ordered and assembled 4 bikes with friends. Only one bike had a broken reflector, which support was quick to send out a replacement. One of the four bikes had some wheel issues with the brake being too tight, a local shop helped me on that, but support also sent some good videos on it. Assembly was not bad, and doing it myself helped me get aquatinted with all the components. We can’t ride for a mile without getting compliments or questions!
