warranty replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the zipper broke on my discountinued cooler backpack, so I emailed hydro flask to see if they would just fix the zipper. instead they said to send back the item and they would replace it with the new version. total time was about two weeks from first email to them. amazing service! I've always liked their products but now I'm a customer for life.

CRAFT PACK IN VT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pack was a warranty replacement. The original pack was fantastic, but the zipper broke on the main compartment, so I made a warranty claim. Hydroflask was great and guaranteed the pack. It was replaced and the new one is very nice with a better zipper configuration that looks to have a little more longevity built into it. Can’t wait to pack it with my craft beer and get out in the country!

Day Escape

Wish it was bigger

A real workhorse
Just came back from an 8 day road trip with daily hikes, waterfall climbs and afternoons at the beach. This backpack is not only comfortable to wear, it keeps it’s contents cold! LOVE!

My Go To Pack

New Design Updates!
The new design is great! It has less external storage than the previous model, but it has attachment points to add more storage for extras like keys, phone and wallet. It keeps my food and drinks cold all day long and is great for long paddle boarding trips.

Worth it
Just got back from a river trip in the Texas summer heat, and this cooler delivered. After about 8 hours in the sun, about 3/4 of the ice had melted but the beer was still cold. Can’t expect much more in July here. Slide opener mechanism is easy to open and close and water tight. Very happy with the purchase.
