Lift your arms slightly and measure around the upper back, under the armpits, & across the fullest part of your chest.


Measure around the lower back & torso, directly across the belly button, or 1 inche below the belly button.


Measure around the bony part of the hips where your pant waist normally rests - usually 2-3 inches below the belly button.


Measure from the ball of the wrist to the high point of the shoulder, usually where the neck meets the shoulder.
