Yes the Leupold VX-3HD 3.5-10x40mm Riflescope would work on a Saint Victor AR10 and I suggest you use the Leupold 177093 Mark AR Integral Mounting System 1-Pc Base & 1in Ring Combo to mount it to your rifle.

2nd Generation Argon/Krypton Waterproofing: Features our exclusive, proprietary Argon/Krypton gas blend, which nearly eliminates the effects of thermal shock, and reduces the diffusion of gases sealed inside your scope even more than our proven nitrogen technology already does.
