Necessary Tool
This is one of those products that just does its job exactly how it should, time and time again. Open it up, check temp, fold it back. Never have to question it. No buttons to accidentally press. Just a purebred temp checking machine!

You HAVE to buy the ThermaPen One!!
Love, love, love my Thermapen One. Have thrown out all of my 15 or so thermometers. First test, slow smoked brisket. Came out so juicy and perfectly cooked! Also have used it for smaller cuts of meat and even to check my oil temp. Will NEVER use any other thermometer. So fast, so accurate, so well-built!

New owner loving it
The reading is incredibly fast, useful for bread water temps before mixing, and it's been working great so far. I'm hoping it goes the distance and not conk out within the next year like all the prior e-thermometers I've owned.
