Love these. They feed fine in multiple platforms including bolt action and AR15 builds. They seat in magpul pmags Gen 1’s and 2’s with ease. They can’t defeat some 3A armor but does punch through some soft armors and even hybrid porcelain and Kevlar inserts can be defeated. Overall these are great and reliable little pills that scoot to the target fast and with prejudice.

I’ve ordered lots of ammo from Palmetto in the past with zero issues. My recent order of 2400 rounds X-Tac 5.56 62 grain green tip arrived on 3/16/23 and upon inspection, it was evident that either UPS dropped both both boxes, or the rounds came that way from the factory. ALL the tips were smashed flat. I’ve yet to run a few through at the range and see if performance is indeed affected. Not sure what rating to give but given previous experience, Palmetto has been Solid! To be continued……
