Lives up to the On Cloud Hype!

This is my first try with On Cloud brand shoes, and they live up to the hype! The On Cloudsurfer Next road-running shoe delivers an exceptional running and walking experience. They provide a snug yet comfortable feel that adapts to your foot quickly. I noticed that this design enhances breathability, making long runs enjoyable, and my feet were less sweaty. These shoes are lightweight, and the amount of cushioning makes them a top choice for a runner like myself. I can't wait to wear these more this summer and fall.

Like walking on clouds!

Initial Impression: When these got delivered, I brought them inside and was so confused because the package was so lightweight I couldn’t remember what I had ordered. I was completely blown away when I opened it up and realized it was my shoes! These things are FEATHER light, lighter than any other running shoe I’ve owned. With as light as they are, they still feel like they are made from quality materials and have some substance to them (if that makes sense). Fit: I found them a bit snug. Not small enough that I needed to send them back and size up, but small enough that I wouldn’t be able to wear thick wool socks with them. But I don’t wear thick wool socks when I’m running, so that won’t be an issue. Just something to think about if you are typically in-between sizes! Feel: These are so cushioned and so comfy! Like waking on clouds. I was an avid runner for years and am just getting back into it recently. My feet feel great after going a few miles in these, and my knees do too. A+! I got the white with orange/pink/purple accents and I think they are so cute! I’ve wore ‘em to my office a couple times and have gotten lots of compliments. I have a standing desk and will be on my feet for 6-8 hrs and my feet for hurt or feel fatigued at all at the end of the day. The only downside I’ve found is the ridge in the bottom of the sole gets rocks/gravel stuck like crazy. To be fair, this is advertised as a road running shoe so I’m not taking any stars off for this, but if you like do combination road/trail running, or have a gravel driveway, be prepared to be picking rocks out of the bottom of your shoes constantly. Other than that, I have not found a downside to these. This is my first pair of this brand, and I am very curious to see how these will hold up! Will update my review when they start to break down. TL;DR: Love this shoe. Buy them.

Super comfy, great all around shoe

These are great for road running and working out indoors. The cushioning is excellent and it has a lot of flexibility. I was surprised with how lightweight these are -- it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything at all. Great for walking, too. Shoe runs just a tiny bit smaller than I expected; I wish I had bought a half-size up. I wear them almost every day, however, and no signs of wear and tear yet at all. I love the coloring, although it will scuff just a tiny bit. Super comfy, I love them and would recommend them completely!

Great running shoes - comfortable and lightweight

I really like these running shoes. I wore them both on the road and at the track. They were very comfortable on both surfaces. They feel lightweight when wearing them, but still feel like they give you good support. I really like the top of the shoe (as shown in the picture). With the combination of the mesh and the way the shoestrings are made the shoe was very comfortable on the top of my foot, but it still felt appropriately snug. Would definitely recommend these shoes.

All-around versatile shoe

The Cloudsurfer is a great versatile shoe. I wore them running, biking, and even tried them out on an all-day trip to the zoo with my kids. I am typically drawn to shoes with a lower level of cushion, but I wanted to see if the extra amount of support would help or throw off my running gait. I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference when doing physical activities, and that extra cushion was great for a day on my feet all day chasing kids. I would size up a half size if I were to wear them on longer runs or hot weather hikes where my feet swell up a bit more. Aesthetically, I also enjoyed that these shoes are a basic white with a couple small personality pops of color. I didn’t feel like I was wearing bulky performance shoes when out and about casually. These are nice general sneakers that can be used for a variety of activities!

Like walking on a cloud

These sneakers were a pleasant surprise. I'm a nurse who does 10-hour shifts daily and obviously need shoes that won't leave me in agony at the end of the day. I found these to be quite bouncy and comfortable. I always make sure to wear them with merino wool socks since they're antimicrobial and keep my feet dry. No foul odor, nice size toe box, and cute color. Recommended!

All day shoes

These shoes are extremely comfortable right out of the box. They have excellent cushioning and I am able to stand or walk in these all day without fatigue. I also like that they are slip resistant especially on wet surfaces. I have been looking for shoes to bring on my upcoming trip to Japan and these fit the bill.

I love these shoes!

As someone who wears tennis shoes every day and does lots of running or walking, I am very impressed by these shoes. They feel supportive and comfortable, but also grounded and balanced. I recommend a half size up for those who want a little more room in the toe box area. Appears to be extremely high quality and I expect them to hold up for a long time.

Pretty... pretty... pretty... good

Surprised and delighted by these Cloudsurfers. They're comfortable right out of the box. Didn't take any time to break in. Super lightweight. Cute style/colors. Seems to be quality material too. The laces, for example, seem pretty sturdy/durable. And they aren't too long. One minor drawback, after several weeks of consistent use, it feels like my right big toe is catching on the inside of the mesh top...? Very strange. I need to look into that some more. Overall, I would recommend these.

A blessing in disguise

I did the biggest running no no and wore these shoes fresh out the box to run the Brooklyn half marathon. I was really scared because I was trying to break in some cloudmonsters before this and they were not good for my feet. But these shoes were a beauty.. lightweight, great cushion for road running, great flexible toebox, perfect response. I felt no pain or burning on my feet and my knees felt amazing. I cannot sing enough praises for this shoe. I did go half a size up from my regular shoe size and I think that did the trick.
