Didn't leak

Durable. It didn't leak 91% ethanol. Sharpie writes well on it. Handy with an alcohol stove.

No leaks on mine

Even passed an evaporation test where i stored alcohol for a week and the level didn't drop at all.

Vargo Alcohol Fuel Bottle

Negative. Bottle was tested at home before going out in the field. The bottle leaked. Ended up using a small soda bottle. Miss the little flip spout on the Vargo Bottle. Handy for the detail work of filling.

Leaks, but not bad for $2.95

I purchased the bottle for use with the Vargo Triad Multi-Fuel Stove. It works well for measuring and pouring fuel into the opening in the stove. However, the bottle leaks fuel out of the lid around the pour spout. The leakage is small enough not to be a much of a problem on an overnight or weekend trip, but it’s consistent enough that I would look for a different container for a longer outing. While I have found the problem can be mitigated by carrying it in a ziplock, I would rather have my fuel container contain my fuel without needing extra help. For $2.95, though, I have got my money’s worth out of the bottle.
