Unlike similar pop up tents, the Bushnell has a large front opening which makes bringing your camping gear inside a breeze. The zippers are smooth and operated with minimal effort. There are large panels in the door which can be closed for privacy.
The interior size is ideal for two people with cots and all their gear. Four people might get a bit cramped inside but it’s certainly possible provided you don’t mind sleeping on the floor. I doubt that 4 cots would fit inside. One downside is the lack of a vestibule for gear so everything needs to fit inside during inclement weather.
I haven’t had a chance to test this in the rain yet but it looks like all the seams have been taped well.
The tent stakes provided with the tent are adequate provided the soil isn’t too hard. I recommend purchasing a good set of stakes that are appropriate for the type of camping you do (sand, grass, rocks, etc.).
The tent does not come with a ground sheet but the floor seems pretty durable. I used an old tarp that I cut down to fit as a bit of added protection.
