Welcome to Coyote Flats RV Park! Nestled in Carlsbad, we are the newest, well-kept park in the area that welcomes extended stays. We offer 260 full hook-up sites with private cement patios, strong WiFi, a state-of-the-art laundry facility, a shower facility, gravel roads, a playground, a dog park, a sand volleyball pit, a covered picnic area, outdoor grills, and fireplaces, and more. Our campground is quiet and settled within a residential area. We also offer storage for your vehicles and RV's. You'll find many attractions nearby such as Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Living Desert State Park and Zoo, and the Carlsbad Waterpark! All facilities are electronic and can be paid for through credit/debit card. Cash payments will not be accepted once you have arrived at the park. Please note that additional fees may apply for pets, vehicles, etc. We have a $100 deposit is required at check-in. Refundable at check out if the site is left clean and no damage has been done.

Easy check in and parking. Nice playground. We stayed in a short term spot, worked well for us. Close to Carlsbad Caverns which is why we booked it.

This is a pretty typical RV park. Mostly full-time RVs, but not permanent at this site. There was some party noise on weekend nights, but not too bad. Shower and bathroom facilties were clean enough. Positives: the sites seemed larger than typical so you weren't right up in your neighbors business. Front office staff were great.

This campground is geared to workers. The sites are not well set up but they are improving the layout. The laundry machines were fickle. There was only a small sign alerting use for work clothes on the dryer. I lost money because I didn't see the sign. I switched dryers after I put the money in. Nice showers and laundry building. Lots of noise in early am with people going to work in big trucks

Overall clean, well secured (cameras, etc). If you are looking for a place to park, with laundry and showers it is fine. Laundry and showers close early and open late in my opinion (8am open). The laundry wouldn't take my (5) credit cards and they finally helped me but were somewhat resistant and argumentative that it was my cards (again 5 different cards??). Had to pay for showers ($7 for 15 min - fine but wasn't advertised that way.

Vehicles kept driving in and out all night. Bright lights kept on all night. No one in office to check us in and we were unable to get anyone to respond to our phone call. Toilets were locked at night so this place is not appropriate for units that are not self contained.
