I purchased this pistol over a year ago and have only run it suppressed for the well over 1k rounds of cci quiet. I have never had a FTF or FTE, and the best part is, besides a little lube, I have never cleaned it. Not suggesting that, but for a 22lr with a threaded barrel, 3 mags, and an under rail, all for under $200, i dare you to find me something comparable.

This is the best bang for the buck handgun I own. The trigger is very smooth, nice clean break. Shooting with a suppressor is very nice, less blowback than my Ruger Mk4 and just as accurate with a 3. 8” barrel vs 7” on the Ruger. The “slide” is a strap from the firing block to the barrel, not a solid piece like all other pistols I own. That might suggest longevity issues, but after 600 ends, no feed or jams or failure to fire with Aguila and Armscor. FFL said his only shoots CCI well but I have no issues, even shot subsonic Aguila through the suppressor and no failures.

A very fun little gun, great for a day at the range. Seems to eat through any brand ammo I've put through it. Excellent pistol. I have 3 of them because I like them so much. It runs any ammo and the weapon is very lightweight as well as easy for a woman to run the slide. My wife and my mom each carry one because of those characteristics. My wife is able to hit a 12” steel plate at 75 yards no problem so it’s plenty accurate. I hit a 4” steel plate at 50 yards every single time with ease. I keep one around the house with a suppressor for getting rid of poisonous snakes. It will also take down a nuisance armadillo no problem.

Out of the box, I put 200-300 rounds though this, and had perhaps 5 stovepipes. Not bad for a .22 semi-auto. It'll probably work even better now that it's been cleaned and broken in.Doesn't seem too picky about ammo. I used match ammo as well as bulk Federal ammo, and both were about the same reliability.I have fairly large hands, and this fit in my hand very comfortably, and the magazines were easy to load. Also loved the sights.This would be a great gun to teach someone on, as it operates and feels much like a regular defensive pistol.

Got this to teach friends proper pistol grips and techniques. Put a few hundred rounds of bulk through this with no stopages. It's light, very easy to take apart, and has a removable thread adapter. Sights are easy to find and the safety and slidelock are very easy to manupulate. Definiently worth the price with three magazines. Only issue is that the magazines are a bit difficult to load, but I'm a bit of a baby anyway and they make plenty of magazine loaders for it.Good gun.

For what it is I think it’s a great pistol, that being said it is very plasticky and feels almost like a toy. The grip is fair, the magazines are a little difficult to load. Excellent pistol. Went through a box of 325 federal automatch(cheap) without any problems. Came with 3 mags and a thread adapter(1/2x28). Pistol + 3 loaded mags feel like they weigh about half as much as my Dagger Compact with a 15rnd mag. When disassembling, be careful not to drop the small collar that sits in the barrel hole in the slide. Sights were way off from the factory, but easily adjustable with the included allen wrench. Very happy with my purchase.

Had a great time at the range with this pistol. Extremely cheap to shoot for as long as you can! I upgraded to grip with a Hogue 18211 HandAll Beavertail and it really helped stabilize shots! Trigger upgraded to the MCARBO flat trigger, which feels phenomenal! Added a threaded barrel protector from NDZ, just in case I ever decide to throw a pew pew quiet maker on! All in all I really love this pistol. Whole family loves it. Really easy and light to shoot. 3 magazines... Can't beat it!!

After several hundred rounds of questionable 22LR from a bag of random super old hollow points, not a single jam or misfire. comes with 3 mags that hold 16rds each. I ordered this pistol from PSA, picked it up from my LGS, and went straight to the range. Always wary of the reliability of .22s, particularly in semiauto pistols (and even more so in economical semiauto pistols), I brought every type of .22lr ammo I had lying around to try running through it. The results were astonishing for a .22lr semiauto of any price: I successfully ran:-525 rounds of Federal Bulk 36 gr High Velocity (an entire box)-324 rounds of 40 gr Federal Automatch (Almost an entire box. One dud round did not fire, and after ejecting the dud, I found a solid firing pin strike on the rim. To confirm it was a dud, I chambered it in my 10/22 and it still failed to fire, despite now having 2 solid firing pin indents)-50 rounds of CCI 40 gr standard velocity (the manual says use high velocity ammo, but the only consequence I noticed was a slightly weaker ejection)-49 rounds of Aguila 38 gr "Super Extra" hollow points (One dud round, same procedure followed as described above, to the same result)-50 rounds of CCI 40 gr Mini-Mags-50 rounds of Federal Punch 29 gr flat noseIn total, in one range session, 1048/1050 rounds successfully fired, with both of the malfunctions being easily attributed to bargain-basement bulk ammo containing duds, and not at all the fault of the gun. The pistol just kept on cycling, despite getting disgustingly dirty from hundreds of rounds of cheap rimfire ammo. Not just did the KelTec prove to be astonishingly reliable for a .22lr semiauto pistol, I had a blast performing this test. The pistol is quite ergonomic, with an amazingly nice trigger for the price. The front fiber optic sight is quick and easy to pick up through the rear notch, and the pistol is more accurate than I am, keeping nice 3 inch groups at 10 yards. Conclusion: I would have happily paid at least twice the money for this gun, but I am glad I didn't have to! Thank you KelTec and PSA! My only complaint is that my index finder and thumb are sore from loading 1050 rounds into the magazines, and now I need to get a speedloader!

This is a great gun . Have run it with supressor, lots of rounds . A few ftfs and stovepipes but .22 ammo is shaky. CCI seems to work good. Fun easy to shoot. When my wife gets tired using her 9mm ez she switches to this . And the 17 rounds is sweet. Very accurate Kel Tec service is unbelievable. Had a problem with the slide stop and they had it back, 0 charges, in two weeks. Plinking with grandson a blast. Pic rail is great sights are good easy to adjust.

Jam O-Matic! The recoil spring is clearly too weak! I have sent it back to them twice. They keep telling me it works perfectly. Bull!!! Pushes the cartridge forward until it strikes the feeding ramp and it just stops . See attached photo. I videotaped it jamming. I’m going to email that to them. They’ve worked on it twice! So far so good! The trigger is surprisingly crisp and light. I have used 4 different types of ammo that very from solid lead to hollow point and both super and subsonic ammo. I got a defective gun. It constantly jammed and wouldn’t go into battery no matter what ammo I used so I called keltec. They said they’d fix it for free and pay for 2-day shipping and they did! They replaced the frame of the gun, gave it a modified serial number and had it back to me in about 3-4 weeks. For free. Everything was covered under warranty and now it runs flawlessly. So having to send it in kinda sucked but keltec made it as tolerable as possible.

Great little "wife" gun. Very easy for her to rack the slide. Great trigger and almost no recoil. Sights are good, and is accurate and light enough for an EDC.

Great little weapon for the money with three clips. It is now my favor weapon due to the weight and magazine capacity. I just added a laser for my wife. A very good weapon for women with small hands and they will like the low recoil action.

i've put about 1000 rounds of federal, remington, norma, and cci ammothrough this and it takes all of it and runs it really well. i've only gotten a few minor failures that can be corrected quickly (i.e. failure to feed) over the 1000 rounds ive shot so far, and most of them seem to come from the lower velocity ammo, and recently the slide hasn't been locking back on the last round. could be something to do with the lower velocity rounds, but i'll have to test that theory out first before contacting Kel-Tec. Otherwise, this is a cheap, light, and decently high capacity .22 lr pistol that is so much fun to plink around with.
