NOTE: ONLY FILL TANK UP TO 2900 PSI! Crosman has informed us that if the tank is filled right up to 3000 PSI then reported, this will lower velocities. Please fill to 2900 psi only. Going to 3000 will cause a bit of valve lock and low velocities will be the result. The manual states 2900 psi as the Recommended fill pressure (section 11). Thank you! Benjamin Marauder Pistol

Others have said this gun is quiet, but compared to what? Even with the Donny Sumo on, I find it has a discernable "pop" and louder than my Air Arms with the Sumo attached. Obviously, the pistol's internal moderator is not as effective as that in the Air Arms. That said, this gun meets or exceeds all my expectations for its desired purpose. So happy I chose this one.

Pros
Wanting a light - compact backyard friendly 10 to 15 yd. pcp shooter, I purchased this gun after reading many good accuracy reviews. Upon arrival, I cleaned the barrel, installed a scope, the skeleton stock and a Donny FL Sumo Moderator, and started testing. I started with 14.3 gr. Crossman Premier HP's that shoot ragged one-hole groups at 30 yds. out of my Air Arms S510 and S500 guns. The Premier's did not group well, nor did the 13.7 gr. H&N Match wadcutter's that I tried next (don't know yet if the clean barrel was the problem). Next up was the 18.21 gr. Beeman Crow Magnum's that worked very well for me in a BSA springer that I no longer have. Holy Cow! I got 3 shots inside a half inch circle at 12.5 yds., then moved the target to 30 yds. and placed one shot dead center in the circle. I presume the two-distance fluke of impact is the result of flight trajectory in relation to line of site going up and 12.5 yds. and coming back down at 30 yds.

Cons
The magazine, compared to the Air Arms, is a bit difficult to get on to. It took several loadings to get the procedure implanted into my memory. Also, the skeleton stock provides no cheek contact to aid with eye to scope position. To fix this problem, I cut a 6-1/2" length of 3/4" ID refrigerant line insulation (black) and snapped it over the top web. It provides light cheek contact and greatly enhances eye position to scope while not looking too bad.

Great for pesting and target plinking. Mine loves JSB EXACT jumbo diabolo 15.89 gr pellets

Pros
Stock fits tightly. Easy to fill air tank. Fast and responsive. Great trigger.

Cons
I would have liked it to have come with iron sights.

If you want a pistol that’s accurate out of the box this is it
I bought a new gun rest the lower one show wha i needed to to tighten up the second one higher one is 5 shot at 25 yards

Pros
I couldn’t believe how accurate this was as carbine out of the box. This expressed me enough to buy it in the long rifle

Cons
The only con in the way I’m using it is maybe the stock could be a little tighter

I watched a lot of YouTube videos to learn how to use the PCP Airgun and how to be safe when using it. After all said and done. It will cost you around $1000 to enjoy your hobby.

Pros
Sweet !!! I was looking at 1/4 inch accuracy from 20 yards. Wish my back yard was bigger. No recoil felt and the trigger is great.

Cons
I was not able to shoot it until I had something to pump it with. The extra cost was an additional $400. So keep in mind that your cost is not over until you buy everything you need.

Along with the gun I added the NiteSite Viper and a Ethlon 4 x 12 scope. (two more awesome products). I do ratting and every shot is a head shot without a problem. that way the animal doesn't suffer. I also have a Reolink camera set up in my yard and watch the baited action on my iPhone. I always know when a rat is on the prowl.

Pros
Light weight, only 30 inches over all with stock, very accurate and great trigger pull.

Cons
The only thing would be adding another screw to stabilize the stock. To me, it's not even an issue but being more solid would be nice.

PCP is the only way to go with air guns. I topped mine off with a Night-Site for snipping rats that cross though my backyard.

Pros
light weight, small size, accurate and very nice trigger pull

Cons
The stock could use two screws to keep it from moving. Not a big issue though

Fun to shoot I have been using it about a year now and careful not to over charge the air.

Pros
Great trigger pull, well balanced and consistence shot placement. Would like a greater shot count, but it would increase the weight.

Cons
Cocking the gun is a little firm, but I would not give up the trigger pull.

I liked the one I had so much I purchased a second one.
Just to change into a night stalker with IR DIY sights on it.
Works great around a farm yard for RAT's & Pigeons in the rafters.

Pros
Lower cost magazines as compared to other PCP's. Easy to replace parts in also (picture included) Also easy to get- parts for it at a low price.

Cons
Runs out of air a little fast if your shooting a lot.

Very accurate! A bit large, but manageable. Consistent power to 30+ shots. I placed a Kronus dot sight on my Marauder and have solid performance out to 30 yards.
This pistol is diffidently a winner and worth the money in my book!

Pros
Accurate Shot count Consistent power

Cons
A bit large

What Scope mount needed for the Benjamin Marauder pistol?

asked Bob from USA

Any scope mounts for 11mm dovetail that are labeled high should work. The mounts need to be high in order to clear the magazine. The clearance needed is about an inch.

Caleb from USA

Has anyone had issues with a weak spring in the magazine which results in failure to load the next pellet?

asked Don from USA

Magazine can be wound tighter by taking out small Alan screw and jumping over stop to add a little more tension on internal spring.

David from USA

One of mine is broken. Its a issue with the spring.

Michael from USA

Has anyone tried replacing the front stock with a magpul or something?

asked Philip from USA

What is the scope mount size for the Benjamin Marauder pellet pistol?

asked Franknv from USA

11mm dovetail and 1 inch high rings. The 1 inch ring height allows clearance for the magazine.

Don from USA

Approximately how many effective rounds per charge if pumped to the recommended 2900psi

asked Ken from USA

Can this pistol be filled by using a normal air compressor, or does one have to use the pump?

asked LJ

You will need a special (i.e. HPA / High Pressure Air) compressor because you are going far higher than a car, bicycle, or shop air tool uses. Hand pump that I bought is double-acting, so it is hard to push down AND pull back up again. Expect to be sore in your back, shoulders, and upper arms the first week or two. Getting an electric or gasoline powered pump is expensive but, like a divorce, it is worth every penny that you spent! Best of luck.

Paul from USA

how many 8 shot magazines comes with the gun

asked Gary from USA

1.

Don from USA

SPECS. Pistol says it is 18" over all length, I am thinking that is Pistol only, what is the over all length with carbine stock mounted to pistol?

asked Gary from USA

will the armada 22 cal. magazines fit the 22 cal. marauder pistol.

asked mark s.

No, the Marauder pistol only uses its own magazines. .22 magazines for other rifles, including the Marauder rifle and the Armada, will not work properly (if at all.) Best wishes.

Paul from USA

Is there a way to convert it to C02?
