A good small kit with room to personalize

This is a good basic kit that fits in small packs. The quality of the bag and its contents are good. It is not waterproof. I put anything that would be ruined by water in zip bags. I added better tweezers, small versions of lighter, flashlight, mirror, knife. Also a bandana, blanket pin, lip balm, whistle and compass. I added the meds I would need for three days. I put the excellent booklet in my larger AMK kit that might be used by someone else. I won't leave a review for that one as many of the same comments apply to it as well. I see this as a small survival/med kit that I would try to take with me if I had to leave my main pack for any reason--a portage perhaps. A very good kit but keep it dry and add the things you feel you will need for your next trip.

Decent Kit - Watch Expirations

This is a decent little kit for day hikes. You're certainly better off putting together one yourself, but this will save you the time and hassle and keep you reasonably covered. If you're headed out in the woods tomorrow and you don't have anything, its way better than nothing. One caveat is that the medicine and ointments in mine have expired less than a year after purchase. Who knows how long it was sitting on the shelf at my local REI. Pretty disappointing, but I'm not going to bother returning it. I also have the Explorer model for $60, also with a bunch of expired medicine in it. :/ There is no dates on the package to know whether you're buying a 5 yr old one, or one that was made last week. Caveat Emptor.

This is going everywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I included a selfie with the Mountain Series Hiker first aid bag so people could get a reference for size. It’s small. Shockingly small! But, this handy bag has just about everything you could need, with some room to add more if necessary. Each zip compartment is clearly labeled for quick grabbing in an emergency situation, and even has an image of each compartment printed on the back to expedite the process. I’m blown away by this little tote! I may throw additional bandaids in here, and a few packs of anti nausea and anti diarrhea meds. Overall though, this thing is outstanding!

Great little kit for minor first aid issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little compact kit for minor first aid issues if you're hiking or camping. This would even be good for having in your vehicle when you're out and about or on vacation. This little bag holds a lot of useful first aid items and a guide that will help various minor injuries. It's compact and easy to carry, waterproof, and the little reflective symbol for help locating it. Great little kit all around.

Very good products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from @influenster and @mountainseries.for my honest review. These kits are the best solution for someone who doesn't have the time or energy to build their own. They are organized and the zipper bags keep it that way. The soft cover helps make it easier to store in unconventional spaces.

Great first aide kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This is a great first aid kit. It has just about everything you would need. The bag is small and lightweight which is good so it doesn’t weigh down or take up much space in my pack. When I’m not hiking I’m going to keep it in the truck for emergencies.

Clearly labeled compartments for fast first aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing little kit! Unlike other kits I’ve tried, this one has clearly labeled sections so that you don’t waste any time and can quickly grab the item you need. It is a super small kit, so I was shocked with how much stuff fits in each pocket. I’ve shown the top pouch and everything that fits inside of! Even full-size scissors. When you need to use a first aid kit, usually speed is of the essence, so having clearly labeled directions is a big deal for me. With other kits, you have to figure out what you need, but this one just straight up, tells you and you open the pouch and can immediately see what you’re supposed to do. I keep this in my glove box all the time! It was great to take on a camping trip, too. Super value!

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw most reviews saying it was smaller then they were expecting. This was bigger then I was expecting and had some weight to it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the package. Has so many great items. As someone who used to be/volunteer on a fire department I love this item. I have seen what is in the EMT trauma kit and this is a smaller version of that. So many great useful items. I know people on the Fire Department who told me that it was a great purchase. Great size, great, great product. I will definitely be getting more for family members. Awesome mini travel size trams/survival/ first aid kit. I love it.

Hiker kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the chance to try out the Mountain Series Hiker Medical Kit, and I've been quite impressed. Having a reliable first-aid kit while hiking is essential, and this one hits the mark. It's remarkably compact and lightweight, easily fitting in my pack without adding much bulk. Yet, the contents are comprehensive, covering bandages, antiseptics, medications, and more, all organized in a durable, water-resistant pouch. The quality feels high-end, giving me confidence it will hold up well on the trail. Overall, the Mountain Series kit provides essential peace of mind for outdoor adventures, without weighing me down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary in exchange for an honest review. This lightweight first aid kit would make a great addition to your hiking gear or just great to have around in your car, etc. It is well stocked and well organized.
