What is the warranty?
The original warranty for Hauler is 1 year. If you purchase between May 20th and June 30th, 2024, we will give the bike another 1-year warranty (2 years warranty in total).
How to buy an Extend warranty for my e-bike?
For orders on Heybike official website, you can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty need corresponding payment. You can also contact our customer service team for more details.
What is the weight capacity of the Hauler?

I take my kid to school before commuting to work. Works great. He's a 3 year old and holds on fine with the Orbitor railing. I can get up to 30 mph on the flat pretty easily. I was hoping I'd get SOME exercise riding the bike, but I can't pedal fast enough to keep up with that. You have the option to adjust speed, but it's too easy to just bump it up to the top speed. Other times, we load up both kids to go places. Works great!
Shipped quickly and secured in a huge box. Fairly easy to assemble. Did take to a bike shop to check my assembly over and tighten everything. Runs great and is a very comfortable ride! Thank you
Absolutely love the yellow color. Stands out nicely with all the black trim. Handles well. Like that there is a little play in the front forks and the comfy seat helps absorb road bumps. Ende up buying the regular 18" x 13" rear basket as the "free" one that was sent with the bike is ridiculously huge and looks out of place on the back of the bike. Now that the weather is getting nicer I'm looking forward to some leisurely rides.
I absolutely love my bike. The battery life is pretty solid I can get about 3/4 of the estimated battery life out of it before it needs to be charged. For context I am around 230 lbs so it takes a bit of effort for the bike to heft me up a hill on just battery power...an issue I expected when I was researching this and other e bikes. My one and only real problem is it can be a little wobbley to regain total control if I have to swerve to avoid a solid pothole or something. Likely an issue due to weight of both the bike and myself.
