The SI-G-SURF is compatible with GLOCK™ GEN3-5, Models 17-39. The Glock 19 Gen5 will work with the G SURF.

Did what I needed it to do for my glock17 inside of a recover tactical chassis. Aside from not having a cut for a red dot it also raised the height slightly to get a good cheek weld. The added charging handle was also a surprising bonus.
