Lil Gun
My go to propellant for my S&W 460 XVR revolver. I load Starline cases with Federal Large Rifle Magnum Primers and Hornady 300 grain .452 XTP projectiles and Lil Gun provides tremendous knock down power on Whitetail domestic deer and the recoil on the XVR using Lil Gun is quite manageable as well plus the projectiles fly accurately out to 125 yards. I recommend Lil Gun for magnum caliber straight walled cases 100%

Hodgden Lil’ Gun
Powder meters VERY uniformly and does not cause variations due to particle size. Have not had a chance to test loads as I am working up loads for my Hornet. I am pleased with the way the powder handles during the reloading process. Until I test performance of the reloaded rounds in my gun, I cannot give it a 5-star rating because I don’t know if I will be satisfied with the performance of the powder in the 22 Hornet.

Lil'gun reloading attributes
I am new to using Lil'gun powder. Tried it out on some round for my son's 300 Black out. The powder flows great in the powder measure and measures consistantly. We will see how it shoots now.
