From day paddles with a large lunch to overnight river trips along scenic waterways, the Castine 140 Kayak falls in the just-right spot of Old Town's touring lineup. Its generous fourteen-foot length tracks well in large bodies of water while we troll the shores of wildlife. We have plenty of storage space to stash all the goodies we need for a relaxing cruise: the bow and stern hatches are double sealed with CrossLock covers, and rigging rope and bungees secure everything else that can't be stacked inside. The ACS2 seat is designed specifically for comfortable touring and can be adjusted along with the foot and thigh braces to ensure good control on the water.
