Why We Like The Anacapa Low GTX Hiking Shoe
We love wearing our HOKA ONE ONE Anacapa Low GTX Hiking Shoe on uneven trails when taking our panting pup out for an evening walk before the sun sets. The Vibram MegaGrip rubber grips the ground in all conditions, wet or dry, while the GORE-TEX upper keeps our feet dry when splashing through puddles or a passing rainstorm interrupts our day out.

Vibram Outsole Separation
Cannot recommend this product whatsoever. After and handful of hikes, the vibram Outsole has already begun to separate from the cushioned outsole.

Quality issues.
I bought these shoes for work. I'm a RN and walk around 4-5 miles a shift at work. I've worn these shoes about 6-7 times before noticing the vibram soles separating from the shoe already.

only if it was available in wide sizing
Wear shoes for work. I work outdoors and am on my feet all day.

Very attractive, doesn't feel "HOKAish"
The shoe looks great but feels too big, it also doesn't feel as supportive as I'm used to. I even checked to make sure I didn't order the wrong size.

Didn't work out for me.
I had to return the shoes. I love the Bondi 8. I wanted these for hiking in the nearby state park. they were just not comfortable for me. I had some discomfort across the top of my foot where it breaks as you take a step. I really wanted to like them but I really appreciate the return policy.

I would order again
I found the low top runs small. The mid top is true to size.

Very pleased!
Comfortable right out of the box. Walked three miles in them the first time I wore them. They needed no break in. Glad I purchased them.

The hiking/backpacking shoe I have been waiting for
I have been pretty loyal to another brand and took a chance on these Hoka. Total regret that I didn't pick some up sooner. Just did a two day backpacking trip and my feet were happy. No hot spots. Not heavy. Very responsive and great for my long feet. I am converted. My only complaint is that they are wide, so I have to lace up the front causing a bit of a material bunch. Small price to pay for the solid ride.

Once again a happy Hoka purchase
I love these shoes just as much as my previous purchase a year ago.

Sizing is off 1/2 inch
My shoe size is 8 but the sizing off by .5 inch & had to return the shoe. I would still try HOKA but buy store instead of ordering online.
