  • Smart LED dashboard allows you to control 4 fan speeds and get real-time feedback on fire strength and battery level
  • Integrated 3200 mAh battery stores a full phone charge
  • Burn wood like you would gas—any dry biomass (including sticks, pinecones and BioLite BioFuel pellets) will keep the fire going; BioFuel pellets not included
  • BioLite flagship smokeless combustion creates 95% less smoke emissions compared to a regular wood fire
  • Use the portable grill to turn your CampStove 2+ into a wood-burning grill you can cook your favorite foods on
  • Steel grill surface fits up to 4 hamburger patties or 6 hot dogs; high, medium and low temperature zones help you grill your foods to perfection

  • Compact, portable grill design features folding legs and a durable plastic travel cover so you can take it anywhere
  • Stainless-steel KettlePot lets you make all your camp meals with a single piece of cookware, and it doubles as a carrying case to protect your CampStove 2+
  • Thin, durable stainless-steel pot is lightweight, and it won't scratch when you're using metal utensils
  • Heat shield on the bottom protects the stove's flames from wind and concentrates them for fast cooking times
  • BPA-free kettle lid can be used as a cover when you're cooking, or you can snap it on tight to pour liquids easily
  • Included serving bowl nests neatly in the bottom of the KettlePot when not in use; silicone-coated foldout handles stay cool for easy handling
  • CoffeePress nests inside the KettlePot for transport and still allows CampStove 2+ to nest as well
  • Portable and pliable, the 100-lumen USB FlexLight provides functional task lighting; ChromaReal LEDs keep your food's color true, so you can cook with confidence at night
  • Turn the light on with the tap of a finger; touch and hold to dim easily to desired levels; use with your CampStove 2+, or any battery with a USB port
  • Fuel not included

Tool or Toy? This may help you decide.

Here is a review that might actually help you decide to buy this stove or not. 1st thing, the stove is bulky do not pretend that you are going to take this backpacking because you are not (I'm not taking it on my motorcycle trips either). 2nd, IMO the components could be engineered better. The lid on the "kettle" seals too tight and has a sort of spout in it that is really just there to fit the temp sensory when the stove is all packed together. It would be better if this were an actual mug or similar. 3rd, would it kill Biolite to put measurements on the actual bowl that is included to nest the stove? You must use this with wood pellets! They are supper cheap and burn very well. The stove does in fact boil water rather quickly but be careful! I have burned myself a couple of times adjusting the fan button. The fan/battery unit is slick plastic so it is a bit awkward to actually adjust the fan speed without melting your fingers. Also, DO NOT let the battery run out along with a fire, it is almost impossible to light a fire in the stove without the fan and that requires juice. Bring some sort of fire starter at all times!!! The power output is minimal and you need to keep the fire up for a while to charge itself and/oranything else. Do not rely on this thing as your sole source of power. Overall its fine, but it borders on being a toy rather than a tool. I'm going back to cooking with gas for most of my vehicle camping needs.

I bought this primarily for lightweight car camping with long day trips away from the campsite. My initial impressions were that it was hard to light, even with the included parafin chips included in the fuel bag (a separate ~$12 purchase). My dead matches ended up as tinder to finally get the pellets lit. Once it was lit though it was nice just using the water heater. But then that makes it a very expensive water boiler. The included grill isn't as useful as I imagined. The heat distribution is very uneven. The way the opening/chimney is structured and the size/shape of the grill also makes it hard to use a 6" skillet on top for eggs/pancakes. The final straw came when refueling. 3x I put a small amount in to keep it going and it ended up smoldering out. Stirring the hot pellets with the new ones, changing the fan settings, etc, nothing helped. It was even more of a pain to re-light from that stage than when it was being lit for the first time due to any amount of smoke or excess wind from the fan killing it out. If it lit easier, was easier to keep going, and had a better design for the grill that goes on top then I could see keeping it as a car camp stove. It isn't though. On top of that, here in CO there are places that restrict fires to gas-only. If it didn't have all of the problems I'd have kept it and bought a separate gas water stove so that I'd have options depending on our camp location/length/fire restrictions/etc. I ended up returning it the next day having only used it once and buying an MSR Windburner. Also for $250 it should have included a sample bag of fuel.

Amazing tool. Nice alternative to buying fuel.

Awesome concept and works well when you have the right debris. Without the right debris or wood with low moisture content, it is a little hard to get going and will smoke a lot and not ignite properly. Found myself going through the firestarters pretty quickly. The right debris/wood was hard to find in my area- Upper Eastern Midwest. When it gets going, it burns very quickly too and am still figuring out the right combo of hardwoods and sizes to use. also the coffee press designed well but i feel either the mesh filter is not fine enough or that steel of the press is warping under heat. I found with pre-ground coffee I have had to use more coffee to get the same taste as a traditional coffee filter press and Chemex drip coffee carafe and a lot more slurry ends up in my cup. Otherwise really valuable product. BUY.

Hiking has never been the same

I originally bought the first stove that biolite produced back 2015 , really amazing bit of kit from being a former soldier I love the outdoors , this stove has travelled with me where ever I have gone extremely light weight and being a wood burner finding fuel has never been an issue , this year I’ve obtained the latest model it was a gift from my family , the new model is amazing you can pre-charge the power bank which you couldn’t do in the first , so where ever I go I know I have back up power for my smart phone , gps or even my Bluetooth speaker , the different power modes for the fan speed help with cooking that much more and when your finished you can turn the fan down and the fire will burn slower so you can enjoy a little heat for a longer duration. The lightweight body means you can throw a simple kit together to make a brew or cook some dinner anywhere you go. Truly an amazing bit of equipment.

This thing is awesome so light and easy to pack into a day pack. So far I've cooked grill cheese sandwiches and a steak dinner. Many more meals to be cooked on with many more adventures. I love it no gas or any kind of fuel needed just sticks and twiggs to use light it. And it charges my phone or headlamp.

I love the size of this. Packs down to practically nothing. The grill is small but good enough to cook for 2 people. I’m quite happy with it

Best Self-Contained Stove and Cookset!

Hyper-Efficient and High Quality! I'm Grateful to support your work in Africa and spread the good word here in The States. Boiled snow in 21 minutes with a few handfuls of wood and I've convinced half a dozen of my friends to pick one up as well. I've even started making YouTube videos to share the nuances and conveniences of this system :-)

Loving it

Works great for cooking. Light weight. The stove itself takes up the same space as a Nalgene 32oz bottle. Charging a phone is nice, but drains the internal battery quickly while cooking. Charging works fine when not cooking. After this season, I will drop another review to show how it held up. Overall great purchase

Great little stove! There’s a learning curve to keeping the wood/fuel supply just right; but it is enjoyable to use and cook with.

Don't go for the barbecue set, the rest is good.

The barbecue add-on was very difficult to cook with, generally weak or uneven heat, very unstable and flimsy legs making an even surface (and the even distribution of convection heat) near impossible, and it was a horror to clean after cooking. The burn-chamber is also very small and hence need close and constant surveillance and refeeding to keep cooking going. The stove works well for boiling water though and the fan-augmented heat (and sometimes) smoke-free air and battery storage and recharge potential were nifty features. Be extremely careful with wind direction, as if flames ever go above the yellow pack it very easily discolour (happened on 1st try).
