With enhanced durability and improved function, the new and improved PSA PA10 Gen3 is here. The Gen3 model offers a black nitride stainless gas tube to better resist high heat and corrosion while maintaining a glossy black finish. All Gen3 PA10 models come with a dimpled barrel for ease of gas block replacement if you choose to do so. We have also included a newly designed click switch 5-position adjustable gas block so you can specifically tune it to your load.
The Palmetto State Armory PA10 Gen3 features a forged receiver set that has been designed with a relief cut geometry to allow the use of a wider variety of aftermarket bolt carrier groups. A carbine-length buffer tube with a short, heavy buffer coupled with a standard PA10 buffer spring. All Gen3 PA10 rifles from Palmetto State Armory come equipped with a Toolcraft BCG, which ensures thousands and thousands of rounds will feed through the rifle and an EPT or two-stage nickel boron fire control group with a 4.5lb pull makes for an easy but controllable course of fire.
Barrel: The dimpled, 16" nitride-finished 4150V chrome moly vanadium barrel chamber in 308 WIN, 1/10 twist, mid-length gas system upper is paired with a Palmetto State Armory Classic Rifle-Length Handguard, Front Sight Base, and an A2-style muzzle device. The gas system is enhanced with a nitrided gas tube in order to better resist high heat and corrosion.
Upper: Precision machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum, then Black anodize hard coated to MIL-8625 Type 3 class 2. With enhanced dual retention anti-slip and anti-rotating handguards.
Bolt Carrier Group: Toolcraft PA10 BCG is designed with 9310 steel bolt assembly, nitride treated for durability. 8620 carrier, with a nitride-treated gas key properly staked with grade 8 fasteners. A charging handle is also included.
The Gen3 PA10 upper receivers are functionally and aesthetically compatible with Gen2 and Gen3 PA-10 Lower receivers. However, there are external cosmetic differences when mixing Gen1 with Gen2 and Gen3 upper and lower receivers that some may not find appealing.
The AR10 platform does not enjoy a common design between manufacturers, like the AR15. As a result, there can and will be subtle differences in the parts kits of various manufacturers. Some parts, like the fire control group, are shared with the AR15 platform to preserve the options for upgrading. For best results, we recommend only using PSA PA10 parts with our uppers and lower receivers. We do not recommend using other manufacturers' parts in our products.

Palmetto State Armory firearms are covered by an industry leading Full Lifetime Warranty. This extends beyond the original purchaser. We want the person who bought a great quality firearm at an excellent price to have comfort in knowing that no matter what, the firearm can be fixed at no additional cost.
This includes shipping both ways.
We strive for excellence all the way through production and hope customers never have to use this warranty but we also pride ourselves in 99% non-repair/return ratio. It is there for peace of mind so that the consumer can be confident in their purchase. Palmetto State Armory firearms and parts are backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. Our PSA firearms and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. All Palmetto State Armory barrels are machined and guaranteed to be concentric with the bore of our barrels.
For the Life of our product
The liability of Palmetto State Armory under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm/part or defect at its discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is transferable for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. Modification of firearm will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs and adjustments, corrosion, improper, substandard or defective ammunition.
What we don't cover
Under no circumstances shall Palmetto State Armory be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Palmetto State Armory will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, defective, low-quality, reloaded, or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
Initiating a claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, call Palmetto State Armory Customer Service:
- Customer service will issue an RMA number to allow for the return of the firearm.
- Warranty claims must have this RMA filled out, and included in the box with the firearm or part.
- The firearm or part concerned must be shipped using the prepaid label our representative emails to you.
Palmetto State Armory will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a firearm or part to its owner or FFL, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. If Palmetto State Armory is unable to fix the original serial number, a new one will be sent out, but must go to an FFL for transfer back to the customer. Another background check will be completed at the time of transfer. Palmetto State Armory is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.
