Great service
We were so excited to try the new Cooler Backpack. The first one arrived and we didn't love the colors so we exchanged and hoped for better. The second cooler arrived and we love it. Stress free exchange and a great product.

Hielo 24L Cooler Backpack
We have been looking at these for a while. We got three of these for Christmas gifts and love that each one is a different color. We have not used them yet but they seem very durable. Hopefully they will keep everything cold. So excited to try it out!

Beach Worthy

Love!
We used this to take lunch and formula our son to the beach, it stayed cold all day and didn’t leak. It was super easy to clean afterwards. Wish it had 1-2 more pockets on the outside

The ‘Coolest’ Cooler
This cooler backpack has been a fabulous edition to my household. I was in need of a good backpack cooler as I rode my bike everywhere and do loads of stuff outside. It is perfect for a summer picnic in the park or to take to tailgate a concert. I LOVE IT, would highly recommend to anyone. It stayed cool in my black car for HOURS the other day.
