This is my first press, and I honestly couldn't ask for more. I don't need speed since I work through the process while watching YouTube in the evening, and if the slower speed of a single stage press suits you the same then you should be happy too! The quick change bushings are really convenient, since they're set it and forget it. Only things I needed to buy past this press alone was a powder measure (auto-drum from Lee works amazing), Lee primer feeders, some 308 dies and bushings for them, and a case trimming die and cutter for 308 also. Would only need the first two if I didn't want to do 308. One thing to consider before buying is how you're going to mount it to your workbench, I put some holes in plywood and added some pronged t-nuts on the back then clamped to my desk, it works but moves around more than I'd like. Still, no complaints, it's a great starter press and I don't see myself upgrading for quite a while since it meets my needs perfectly! #sweepstakes

Great kit for people starting out reloading. Nice way for them to learn each and every step of the reloading process. Lee Challenger itself is very simple and easy to use. This simple reloading press is made to last as so other Lee reloading press. As for the die set, you can't beat the Lee die sets for the price. Highly recommended.
