It's important kids want to wear a helmet. The Shilo has built in vents which can be open or closed to control head temperature. The option for fun characters also helps kids to fall in love with their helmet at a young age, setting up good habits.
FULLY FEATURED YOUTH HELMET
The Spire is made up of all the industry-leading features of our adult helmets, but in a youth size. This helmet is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and fully certified. FINE-TUNED ADJUSTMENTS
The Spire is designed to work well with children aged 3-8. The Fine Tune Adjustment system allows you to tighten and loosen the helmet easily for a customized fit. You also get two liners with different thickness to further tune in the needed size.

My now 8 year old daughter has been rocking this helmet and goggle for the last two years. Fit is great, the reel fit on the back is super clutch.
The only complaint I have is that the goggle lens is not interchangeable so on low light days now that she storm skis we have to go with a different goggle.
