As the largest ski in the Vision lineup of powder skis, we have found that the Vision 118 is built for super deep days spent on either skin tracks or chair lifts. The lightweight paulownia and maple core thrives on the uphill, while the THC construction provides exceptional damping to counteract that lightweight feel on the downhill. This combination allows the 118's to ski narrower in the backcountry without sacrificing float on the deepest days.

Ski great. Not very durable

Ski great and are very light. Skis not very durable. After 1st day on them I noticed the base bubbled up near point where edge transitions from sidewalk to cap. I did not hit anything and think it's from the 2 skis knocking together when I skied or maybe they got dropped during shipping. .Backcountry.com would not warranty them and referred me to Line. Line will not warranty either. The ski is really thin at the tips. Bad design!
