Best ‘New Mom’ Purchase!

After a year of having our Burley (and baby) I can honestly say this was one of the best purchases we made as new parents. We wanted to make sure we could continue without our outdoor loving lifestyle once our child arrived and the single seat D’lute X allows us to do just that. We use it for road bike rides, trail running, cross country skiing and walks when we need a little extra protection from the elements. Considering what this is, it packs up pretty small. I highly recommend this trailer!

Amazing addition

It rides well with either or both of our kids in it and we have also ridden with our pup and one of our children. Though that option isn't advertised and required some adjustments. Couldn't be happier with it. Just wish our shed door was wider so it was easier to get in and out, ha.

Everything I Expected and Needed

Recently purchased this and have been using it with the jogger attachment to push my baby around a muddy melting-out tundra town in western Alaska. There is nothing it can't handle. Need to go over a broken up rocky berm? No problem. Fording flooded out boardwalks? Easy. Rolling up and over giant metal pipes put in place to keep riffraff like us off the lawn? Oh yeah. Suspension-cushioned ride over muddy roads with potholes the size of a house? A delight. Fits a baby and plenty of groceries on shopping trips with the Snuggler to keep her warm and cozy. Rain? Cozy. Snow? Cozy. Wind? Cozy. It's awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this trailer! Purchased so our special needs son could enjoy biking with us. Included seat padding makes his ride much more comfortable. When using as a stroller, it pushes with ease, even with one hand. My favorite part is the tinted plastic and mesh, with included sun shield! Such a well planned feature that protects rider from sun coming from all angles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has opened up a ton of options for our 6month old baby. We use it as a bike trailer, ski trailer and psuedo stroller without the front wheel. It is honestly so well designed and flexible that it could replace our regular stroller. Build quality is fantastic. Design is fantastic. My only gripe is that we have to store it collapsed and the tolerance is so tight that it is difficult to get the expanding bars locked in place each time we set it up. Really though that just shows that it's well made, and only a minor annoyance. Very impressed and would highly recommend it to families looking to get outside.

Use as a Pet Carrier

Very nice trailer. I put seats down and use it for my dog. Wish they would make a dog one in this model. I love the attachments. I have the jogger and ski attachments and both work well.

Grandkid Christmas Gift

So far so good. We purchased the Burley as a Christmas gift for our grandkids, so it has not gotten much use yet.

Great trailer, a bit hard to collapse

This trailer is great. We wanted a single and the ability to use the ski kit so the options were limited, but the D’Lite X fits the bill perfectly. Especially love the full side windows which make it nicer for our toddler and let us look in on her easily. The seat seems so comfortable and supports her very well. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the bar that is used to raise and lower the trailer can be hard to unclip from the raised position. We’ve only gone out a few times so hopefully I will get the hang of it as we use it more. All in all love it though

Love everything about Burley!

I worked for a bike shop nearly 20 years ago and Burley was a top cargo/child trailer then and continues to be the go to now.
