The packaging of the ebikes was excellent. The video assembly instructions were good, although a little outdated, but was still able to perform assembly in a short time. There were a few tweaks along the way during assembly but no major problems. The batteries came partially charged and the charging time is very reasonable. I did receive both free batteries, the only issue being the one for the Aventure.2 did not come with the battery cover and I feel it should have. The level.2 extra battery came with the cover.
On the trails the ebikes perform very well and the PA is excellent. Range is very good in PA 1 or 2. We have been out a few times and it has been great fun. Very pleased with both ebikes and the Aventon customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to updates in technology in the future!

With the market flooded with e-bike manufacturers, I was concerned to say the least. Even when you try to research what bike is the best, you have to worry that the person writing the article is biased or that it’s really just advertising for a particular company. Fortunately for me, I was lucky and chose the right company and a great bike. It was packaged well and fairly easy to assemble. I bought it for my son who is graduating this year and I am seriously considering buying another one for me. The bike drives and handles great. Top speed for me on a level surface is about 21mph and it definitely makes climbing hills fairly easy. Definitely recommend this bike to anyone - especially if you don’t want to spend north of 2K!

This bike is a rock solid tank! A true Manly Man kind of e-bike! The kind of bike that would make Tim “The Toolman” Taylor smile. It’s my second ever e-bike (upgraded from the Pace 500.2) and it doesn’t disappoint. Faster, more stable and sturdier ride than the previous one. Torque sensor for the win! As a Disabled Veteran, my legs don’t work as well as I’d like them to. The Cadence Sensor of the Pace 500.2 wouldn’t let me go past Pedal Assist 2. I could go to 3 for short burst before the pedals were too fast. The Torque Sensor on the Aventure.2 makes for such a more enjoyable ride, it’s night and day! No more ghost pedals or pedal assist so fast I can’t keep up. Job well done Aventon!
