Excellent secluded site with great tree coverage. The site was spacious, clean, and we appreciated the picnic table and fire ring. The wagon was such a helpful touch to carry on the short walk to the site. This site exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay—beautiful, secluded site surrounded by trees with maintained grounds. Although there are other campsites, you can’t see them from your spot, which adds to the sense of privacy. Cell service in the area is spotty, so it’s a good idea to save directions before you arrive.

Site 2 felt very private. It is furthest from the parking area, but there is a wagon supplied to carry your gear. The location is about 5 miles from the western side entrance to the park and a short mile or so into the town of Mablemont in case you need anything.

I loved tent camping here! Stayed at site #4 and it was perfect. Site had a great amount of shade and sun. Definitely the most secluded out of the sites but all of them seemed pretty private. Porta potty was clean and kept well maintained. Sink for use was incredibly helpful as well as the luggage cart provided. I would 100% stay here again. I stayed for 3 nights and I’m already wanting to go back!

The campsite was very private with beautiful greenery everywhere we looked! We loved being 25 minutes from the North Cascades Visitor Center and 40 minutes from the breathtaking views at Diablo Lake. What an awesome and rewarding location to travel to and get to explore!

Great spot with picnic table and fire pit. The access to sink with running water was clutch. Just a few minutes from Marblemount town to pick up anything from the convenience store. Mike was very responsive to questions. Would rent again !

Camping on Mike’s property was great. Location was excellent, very close to hiking and across the street from the river which was easy to access. The land had multiple campsites on it but none were visible from each other. Would definitely recommend this to someone else.

We loved tent camping North Cadcades Basecamp with our dogs! The sites were private & he had everything you need for a smooth camping experience. Access to water & porta potty was a bonus as well!!

We loved camping at Mike’s campground! It was beautiful. We love site #4 because it was the most secluded, but all of the sites were great. It was super close to the park. 2 minutes from a gas station for last minute snacks, and firewood for sale pretty much across the street. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful campsite! Very private and spacious. I loved it. The only thing is that there wasn’t river access which the photos hinted at so we felt a little misled with the river photos in the advertisement. Other than that- it was an amazing time and we will definitely be back! The luggage cart made a big difference and so did the portapotty

Mike’s place is close to the N Cascades National Park. We were in site 2 which had a few level spots for our tents. The site had a mix of shade and sun.

We loved camping on Mike’s property! Campsite #4 is quite spacious and a very quick walk up a well kept grassy road from the parking lot, and he provides a cart which is very helpful. It’s quiet, secluded, peaceful and a beautiful spot. Fire pit & picnic table are great to have and there’s a perfect tent spot that’s flat. Having sink access was a plus especially for dishwashing. ~20 minutes from north cascades visitor center and rockport state park, both beautiful drives and a great central spot to see nature surrounding.

Beautiful and well maintained property close to several hiking trails and river activities. The sites feel secluded and comfortable. Signage on the property is a little confusing but it is easy enough to figure out where you should go once you park and walk around. All amenities were working as they should. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great tent spot! Private, clean, and nicely surrounded by trees and ferns. It was easy to get to from the parking spot (even moreso thanks to the nice cart near the lot). Great Basecamp for exploring the North Cascades.

This was a lovely accommodation. The restroom and sink was very well kept. We stayed in campsite #1 and it was beautiful with lots of space. It was a little close to the road but still very private.

We enjoyed staying on Mike’s land. We stayed at campsite #2, which was a walk-in site, but Mike provided a wagon. Having access to a sink was amazing. The site was overall quiet.

We absolutely loved Mike’s campsite! The directions made it easy to find, the sites were clearly marked and neat, and the bathroom & sink were maintained so well! This was the perfect spot for our trip to North Cascades. So beautiful and convenient. We had wanted to do a hike in the park, but because of fires, the road was closed. Luckily, this spot is so close to the ranger station, it was easy to change plans! On top of all that, it’s super close to the restaurants and gas stations in Marblemount. Highly recommend!
