Many uses for the thermopen

We loved our first Thermopen one so much that we had to have one to travel with us in our RV. Also had our daughter purchase a Thermopen One for her husband and son. I'll be purchasing a third one for our son in the near future. It would be very hard to lived without it. Not only do I use it for grilling, I use it for baking and making candy

Must have tool

Best pen on the market that I have used. Spend the money and get the therma pen one for insta t read. Love it so much all my kids got one gor christmas! Critical for smoking and making sure you hit your target temps.
