I've been wearing these for a while and I'm really glad my thighs aren't chafing anymore. During the day, I can barely tell that I am wearing briefs. Also the ball pouch does make things a lot more comfortable sitting and moving around. I am 5'6" with about a 31 size waist and it doesn't get too tight.
