Is this rated for .308? Specifically couldn't handle being on a Scar 17 Expert Answer

The manufacturer doesn't provided a recoil rating for the Athlon Optics Ares ETR 1-10 x 28 mm Rifle Scope. However, Athlon Optics does state that the Athlon Optics Ares ETR 1-10 x 28 mm Rifle Scope is shockproof. For the recoil rating I recommend contacting Athlon Optics.

What’s the weight on the website it says 26 once’s but on here it says 19 Manufacturer Answer

26 ounces is the correct weight.

This 10x magnification range provides fast target acquisition and a wide field of view. The Ares ETRs extraordinary versatility creates an exceptional option for any DMR (designated marksman rifle) setup. Locking turrets and a precision zero stop combined give any modern marksman peace of mind when they take to the woods. Regardless of terrain or species, the big game hunter will always be ready.image

This Ares ETR 1-1024 Model has ATMR3 first focal plane illuminated MIL reticle in it.

ATMR3 FFP IR MIL reticle is the most versatile reticle for fast CQB or long-range engagements. The illuminated 10 mil quartered ring and precise .35 mil center aid in fast acquisition on low magnification. As the magnification increases the versatile holdover and windage subtensions become visible, turning this into a mid to long range capable optic. If mil ranging isnt for you, default to the simple silhouette target ranging tree at just above the vertical post.
