The Apex Heavy Duty Striker for the FN 509, FNS and FNS Compact is machined from a billet of stainless steel and heat treated for enhanced durability. Installation requires use of the following factory striker components: Striker Spring Stop Pin, Striker Spring Guide, Striker Return Spring, Stop Pin and the Striker Spring.

Easy swapout in minutes on the bench, yielding a far more sturdy and reliable striker that won’t flex nearly as much (or at all) as the stock striker. Tensile strength is nothing to joke about when it comes to your striker- esp during times when it matters most. This was a great decision for a very reasonable price.

Haven't gotten a chance to install it yet due to having to ship it to apex to install the trigger system. The shipping and service from Rainier Arms was excellent and fast. Will look to them first when I'm ready to order anything else.
