I'm always looking for a place to put it up.

I bought this thing back in April and have used it at least 30 times since I received it in the mail. It's perfect for couples since you have to do quite a bit of cuddling to get comfortable in it. Not only can you hang it up between two trees, but you can also hang it from a single branch or pole that stretches out horizontally. (See my picture to get an idea of what I'm talking about.) The only issue I found is that it doesn't provide any insulation, so bundle up if it's cold out! Also, the weight on it causes it to stretch very tightly and sometimes leaves a sort of dividing section between the two people in it. But if you're in it by yourself, it's absolutely perfect!

Don’t forget straps

Apparently this is so obvious it doesn’t need to be mentioned anywhere, but you need to also buy separate straps in order to be able to use this. One would think for the price that it would be able to be used out of the bag. Frustrating experience.

DOPE! But not what I ordered.

I love this hammock. It compresses down to a perfect size, it is SUPER easy to use, and it is all around an awesome product. Unfortunately, the statement in the description about the colors not being 100% accurate, is true. I ordered a mostly kahki hammock with a teal boarder. I wanted a more natural look with my little teal color pop. I ended up getting a mostly teal hammock with a kahki boarder. completely opposite of what was pictured. Luckily, I'm not trying to hide in the forrest.. I'm just trying to be in it. I'll get over the colors, I guess! My happiness with the product itself is clouding my unhappiness with the colors.

Best investment ever.

I bought this last summer a few days before my week long Yosemite trip with a bunch of friends. I have to admit, it was an impulse buy because I've seen plenty of people hammock around in the trees and it looked incredible. Alongside of this hammock I bought the atlas straps (ill keep it short but you NEED these, these straps allow you to hang anywhere you please, and are quick to setup). I did a bit of research before buying ENO, I noticed that they were one of the leading hammock companies on instagram. After my first time hanging the hammock, I was 100% confident in the quality and durability with this guy. The size/weight can't be beat, my girlfriend and I are able to sit/lay wherever we please, and it barely takes up any room in my backpack! If you are on the fence of buying this, go with it! It is well worth the money, and now I use mine almost every single week!

Best Outdoor Purchase

This has to be one of the best purchases I have ever made! I read up on every hammock made and darted up to my local REI to pick one up. I set it up the first time in about 2 minutes and fell in love. The material is comfortable and breathable, durable, and dries quickly. I have used the hammock at least dozen times now and have NO regrets. I would recommend purchasing the ATLAS suspension system rather than the slap straps. Not only are there more hanging points, the material on the ATLAS is polyblend rather than stretchy nylon webbing. I used the slap straps for a week and returned them no problem and picked up some ATLAS straps.

My Favorite Hammock Out There

Before I decided to go ENO, I did a lot of research on competitor hammocks. I'm glade I went with ENO. I use my doublenest year round and that includes the winter. In cold weather I like to use a sleeping pad in my hammock. I found that Hennessy Hammocks bottom entry system makes it difficult to use a pad, the system also makes it difficult to hold two. I also looked at Clark Jungle Hammocks, but decided that the very nice all-in-one system would be a bit overkill (and hot) if I wanted to bring it to the beach and relax. I have nothing against the other brands and I actually think they are all great products, but the ENO hammock is the one for me.

Almost perfect...

I love this hammock. Absolutely love this hammock. It is so easy to set up and you can set it up pretty much anywhere. I have a herniated disc problem and when I sit in this hammock I feel zero pain and am nothing but comfortable. The con: My wife and I purchased two of these hammocks from REI and took them on a 2 week backpacking trip. We were so careful with them that we didn't even let them touch the ground! Upon our first use we discovered a hole in my wife's hammock (same one) and the beginning of a hole in mine. We were disappointed, but we know we can exchange them out. We are hoping it was just a fluke! Get this. Very enjoyable!

Best Hammock Ever

Make sure you get the two person. The 1 is way too tight. Bourgeois people on north shore were astonished when I pulled this out of my bag, set it up with straps and was more comfortable and functional than their $1000 hammock. I’ve been backpacking with this one for a few years. Add the rain fly with cocoon insulation, (straps are super convenient for the SPEDs here. The wind really goes right through this and you will freeze in 60 degrees, cocoon is necessary. I no longer carry a tent.
