Is the setting 1-4 suppose to be visible under normal conditions? I can only see the red dot in setting 5. Expert Answer

The unit has 10 daytime and 2-night vision settings. The settings 3-5 may be low and meant for low light conditions.

any way possible to loosen the dial. turns very hard and as im disabled with major muscle loss in my hands. may have to start using plyers to turn it. Expert Answer

I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to loosening the turrets on the Sig Sauer Romeo-MSR Red Dot Sight.
