II’ve been carrying concealed everyday since the mid 90’s, when I started in LE, and this is one best firearms I’ve carried or shot. I put 150 rounds of steel cased wolf ammo through it and it performed flawlessly. Accuracy at 25m as excellent. The sights are great and the front sight really lights up in the sun. It’s perfectly balanced very comfortable in the hand. I have bigger hands, so I added the largest back strap module and it felt perfect. It felt good with the slimmer modules as well, I would have had no issues using it with those. The flat trigger was new for me. Took a few rounds to get used to it, but I really liked it. There isn’t a lot of travel before it breaks and a short reset too. The porting did its job too. The big factor is the size to mag capacity ratio. The Macro is almost identical in size to my G43X and G43, with 10 and 8 round capacity respectively. I added 2 round extenders to the G43 mags. With the same size pistol with a 17 round mag, it’s a definite go to. The Sig slide is actually slimmer than the Glocks. I attached a pic of all 3 guns side by side, so you can see the sizes. I have two friends, who are seasoned shooters and police officers, who have the Macro as well and they love it too. I plan on adding a micro optic as my vision is getting poopy in my old age. PSA’s price was great too, $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Can’t say enough about it; typical Sig engineering and craftsmanship, in a high cap, concealable package.

Love the Macro but I personally found the grip too big too easily conceal. I sold it. I put the barrel, slide, spring and FCU on a Wilson Combat XL grip module. I also added a safety because I happen to like safeties on my carry guns. It is now essentially the ultimate carry gun for me after using a standard 365 for 3 years. I use 12 round mags with the +2 Magguts kits for 14+1 capacity and I use the 17 round mags on the range and in my glovebox as a backup.

I don’t have this gun for to long but so far it has been great ! Already got 800 rounds with this p365 xmacro it has been very precise and I have had zero issues no gems no malfunction whatsoever. The grip is a bit to long and it makes it harder to conceal. But overall I really like it .
