Designed to keep little explorers dry, these versatile rain pants are perfect for kids who love getting outside when it's wet. Made from a seam sealed polyester fabric, they're waterproof, windproof and breathable — and light enough to pack in your child's school bag or hiking backpack. They have lined lower legs and an elasticated waistband for a snug, comfortable fit. The relaxed fit means there's room for thermal layers underneath too.We are transitioning the finish on this style to be PFC-free. Love love love
We love love love these pants. Keep the chills and drips off on the back of our electric bike. Took them to the snow for a blue sky day and they were great with merino leggings underneath.

Hi There. Do these have a dome at the ankle to keep them tight? Or a zip at the bottom of each leg so they can be put on/taken off over boots?
