Fast working ThermapenONE

I enjoy this thermometer. It works so well, and so fast. I gave one of my roommates to a friend, who thanked me.

a quality tool that everyone should have

I've had the ONE for several weeks, but with life happening, I haven't been in front of the smoker in 4 weeks. I finally remembered and used the ONE on some chicken breasts and even sweet potatoes. The "instant read" is going to be very very nice when standing in front of the smoker. No more watching the numbers climb for 10+ seconds. Take a reading and move on, take a reading and move on... Having the right tool, and I'll go even further....having a quality, right tool is the only way. I wish I would've bought it sooner.

Excellent thermometer

Excellent digital instant read thermometer? completely takes the guess work out of cooking to desired temperature/doneness, and no more waiting for my dinosaur of an analog thermometer to eventually give me a temp. Totally worth the investment. My only regret is I didn't get one sooner!
