The cable cutters are horrible, they made a terrible cut on my cable housing and smashed/frayed my cable, the pedal wrench is too thick, tips of tire the spoons broke after first use, and I felt they were very bulky. Given the price, I would have expected better quality products from Feedback Sports. I like the convenience of everything being in a kit like this, but its simply not reliable. Given certain circumstances, It could make or break a costly backcountry trip, as we camp/ride in remote area's that are far away from bike shops. So for just a little more money and piece of mind, Park Tool is a far superior brand, and they can expect my business from now on.
AMAZING TOOLS precision and ease at a great price
I grew up in an auto shop and I am the son of an Indy Car mechanic. I maintain a fleet of 8 bikes for my wife and I. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the quality, precision, fit, and thoughtfulness of your tools. I am talking "snap-on" quality without the ridiculous price tag. Grab and go tool kit
Seriously! Feedback killed it on this one. I have almost every tool known to man for bikes but was at a loss for a tool kit with the absolute essentials for quick access and weekend warrior bike trips with my boys. Grab it and go! This kit covers all the bike configurations we ride: Road, CX, and MTB. It covers both our rim and disc-brake bikes. When we are out and about we have it hanging on the work-stand or laying out on a work table. The only things I added to it were hex wrenches, grease rag, and rubber gloves. This kit is an easy button for us. I totally recommend it as a must-have.
Good purchase
I’m not disappointed, but I use half of the tools in the kit for service to my customer’s bikes. The polished tools is a nice feature to prevent tool marks or paint chips on the frame. Formerly a gunsmith, my tools contact points were polished to matchless(600+ grit Paper). These tools are just below (600 grit) and still effective. This kit is for the bike shop and no for the individual. The only tool that has needed replacement is the plastic tire/tube tool. It’s expected to break eventually.
Not the best quality/design
After working in a bike shop for about a year, I was excited to get my personal tool bench together. I decided on the Team Edition because it offered a rather complete set to get me started, and I’m writing this review is about 3 months after purchase with average weekly usage. Honestly though, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the quality. First off, the tire levers are designed to nest into one another using a small tab on both end that inserts into the other tool. The tab on mine snapped off within a week of opening the kit, and now they do not hold together, which is a nuisance. Second thing to go was the cassette clamp/chain whip – the first time I opened it to use, the locking mechanism that keeps the clamp closed when not in use snapped right off – now they are perpetually open. My last gripe is the design of the chain tool. The tool is built with a little spring loaded clamp that is designed to keep the chain in the proper position, combined with a hole to allow space for the pin to push out – only problem is it makes it nearly impossible to use the tool. It works fine if you are pushing a chain pin completely out, but if you wish to push a pin part way out, separate/reattach the links, then push the pin back in you will be frustrated. The pin gets stuck in the hole in the tool, and the spring loaded clamp pins it down and does not allow you to pull the link up enough to get it out. I’m at the point where I’m going to buy another company’s chain tool, just so I don’t have to deal with this design anymore.
Very nice set
This is a great set of tools. Very well made and a nice selection for your basic/intermediate bike repair needs. Comes in a very nice case/bag. I love it!

All the tools in this kit work great and are built to last. Case is very nice as well. Love that it can be attached to my bike stand!
great set of tools
I bought these about a year ago and find myself looking for excuses to tinker and work on bikes. This coupled with the same company’s bike stand, have turned a chore in keeping the families bikes running to something I really enjoy. In fact, my son and daughter’s friends bring their bikes around for maintenance and I don’t mind keeping them all up to shape. Tools are very high quality and I expect to last a very long time
