So smooth
Bike arrived in good time, everything was as advertised. Putting it together was a breeze and you could tell everything is high quality and thought through. All the suggestions are spot on. At one point I hopped on the bike to show him how to do it, and I was so surprised at the smooth glide and stability. Grateful to give this good first biking experience as a life long foundation for my son.
20 Inch large bike
My 7 year old loves her bike! We already have 1 Guardian bike and knew we would get our younger child one as well. Easy assembly! Very happy with our purchase!
Very impressed
Shipping was super fast. Ordered on Sat was here on Mon. Very easy to setup, with videos to help. Got the bike for my sons 5th birthday, and now my 7 year old and 11 year old both want one. Following the guide to teach kids to ride, hope to have him up and riding in no time.
16”fabulous Bike
Our 4 yo grandson loves this bike! It very well made. I did put it together since my husband was not home when it arrived and our grandson was at our home and so excited to ride it. It probably took me 15-20 mins to get it together including the training wheels. We did order training wheels since it is his first bike. I’m so glad we did as he is doing so well riding in it. Consumer service was wonderful and so helpful with the training wheels so we got the right size we needed.
Great customer service
I bought my daughter a bike for her bday in December and wanted to get my son one for the summer. I measured hers because I wanted to get the same size and it measured at ROUGHLY 14” so I ordered him a 14” bike. It arrived and was substantially smaller than hers. At that point I realized hers was a 16”, not 14”. Upon contacting customer service they told me about their 365 day return policy. The best part about their return policy is that they request you donate the bike rather than return it! All they ask for is proof of return and picture of bike being returned! We’re going to let him keep it for the summer as we don’t want to make our 3 year old wait another 2 weeks but we’re very happy with the way this company has handled our issue as well as their size guarantee.
