No Bindings, poor customer service

I found these skis by following a link provided by GearJunky.com who rated these as a good buy because they came with bindings. While the picture has bindings, I received skis that did not. So, I called the company, they apologized, and agreed to ship the correct skis 2 day air. When I called to check on them 4 days later, they had not shipped. Again, I was offered 2 day air. They arrived 5 days later, again, WITH NO BINDINGS. When I called again, the customer service rep said, "Well if you got skis without bindings twice, the skis you're ordering must not come with bindings." Hmmm... BTW, 2 of the 3 calls I made connected me with people who lived outside the US. Not the warehouse. So...I went to Amazon and bought the skis and bindings separately from Fischer, $50 cheaper than these skis from Backcountry that had no bindings.
