Warm, has pockets, and durable.
There's nothing like a light weight pair of down pants to make life at camp comfortable! And they're durable enough to actually use, unlike some other brands. Did I mention pockets? I'll get years of use out of these! The only thing I didn't love was that they're short. They have the shortest 32" inseam I've ever worn. I usually wear medium everything or 30/32 pants, and Mountain Hardware pants usually fit me perfectly, but I would have gone for long pants if I had known how short these are.

Lightweight and warm
These pants are very lightweight and comfortable. I’m 6’1” tall with 34” waist. The large long were perfect.

Bought this for 4:30am walks with the puppy. Really fits great with adjustable built in tie / hidden belt. Lightweight and keeps the wind out. Will purchase another!

Tough & Warm
These pants are tough and warm, I was very pleasantly surprised with the built in belt and just right amount of pockets. I am curious to see how the down and insulation holds up on my "backside"

Good layer but can rip easily
I'm 5'11'' 180, 33 or 34 waist and usually between a large and a medium. I found the large to fit great both in waist and length with a layer of poly or wool under. Nice for walking the dog in cold temps in southcentral Alaska -- -10 to 10 if moving. Good layer under ski bibs, have not tried under waders to see if work for late fall fishing. Not super warm for standing around in the cold, but that isn't what they seem to be for. They are a bit delicate, I ended up with a small rip pretty quickly on some branches, not sure how they'll last when wearing as an outer layer.

Waste size is way off!
I just got these in for a week in Yellowstone national Park. I bought the XL pant, the waist is the size of my medium/large snow pants from Northface. Horrible sizing. Do not buy these pants if you’re expecting them to be large enough. They are not XL in the waist. Horrible product !
