Sizing Notes
Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).

Superfeet Green Support & Comfort Insoles Review
After 6 years of weekly usage (sometimes more) these Green Superfeet make my boots fit like gloves. When I use these I feel as if my arch is perfectly supported, my ankles are locked and supported, while at the same time I have full articulation of my toes / feet. I have a very wide foot at F rated. Total weight for both is 4.05 oz. or 113 grams for you non-imperialists. These are constructed of a foam supported by a rigid, durable plastic. After 6 years these look nearly new. I have tested these out with Salomon QUEST 4D 3 GTX® and ZODIAC PLUS GTX HIKING BOOTS MEN'S by Scarpa. My feet, legs, knees and hips appreciate this product. Yes, I would recommend to anyone. DATA SUMMARY: GREEN SUPPORT & COMFORT INSOLES by SUPERFEET • RETAIL: $55 USD • WEIGHT: 4.05 oz. Saved my knees
I have been using these for 6 years in all my shoes. I had seen several doctors about the continual pain in my knees, especially after running. After no help, I got referred to a physical therapist who, looking at my knees while standing, told me to try these inserts. Apparently, my feet were turning inward or outward (I don't remember what she said) putting lots of unwanted pressure on my knees. I immediately went to REI, got fitted for the right size inserts, put them in my shoes at the store, and when I walked out, my knees were already feeling 100% better. I no longer have the persistent knee pain that plagued me for years.
I wish I tried these sooner!
After a long day of walking in any sort of sport shoes, my feet would get tired/sore. So while planning my trip to China, a friend recommended getting a pair of green Superfeet insoles. Insoles never really worked for me, so I was a little skeptical. They didn't look special either. But knowing I was going to be walking every day in China for two weeks, I was willing to give them a try. We walked at least 5 miles every day for two weeks (with no training beforehand) and my feet didn't hurt one bit at the end of each day! I was so pleased with these insoles. The only downside is I wish I knew how great these worked years ago!
planters fasciitis and bruised bone
I injured my foot by running with planters faciitis because I turned my foot to avoid pain. I ended up with water in my bone marrow/bruised bone in my ankle. I tried wearing a medical boot to stabilize my foot in order for it to heal, but the boot didn't work and it caused lower back problems. I tried wearing this insole inside my running shoes and wore them daily instead of regular shoes...by the end of 2 months my pain was completely gone. Now i can wear regular shoes, but I continue to wear these in my running shoes. I have high arches and this insole stabilizes it by using hard plastic on the bottom. This is what planters faciitis sufferers need to avoid tearing.
Great Insole
These insoles were recommended by my PT for my collapsing arch in one foot. He didn't tell me exactly which ones to buy (ie. green, blue....), but thanks to the fantastic staff at our Medford, OR store I ended up with the green ones and a size I would never have bought. They helped to determine which size I needed by where the arch was sitting on my foot. I wear a size 6 1/2 shoe size, but ended up with a size 10 insole! Trimmed these babies down to fit my shoes and they are perfect! Thank you Medford staff! I also have IT/knee related pain and these have made a big difference. These feel very hard when you wear them the first few days, give them a week...they break in perfectly.
Great for my feet & knees
I have been using Superfeet for the last three years per a recommendation from my physical therapist to alleviate pain in my ankles and knees. They have worked wonders.
Turned my Keen Targhee's into Super Targhee's
I'm now able to outrun charging wild hogs and leap downed trees with ease. Ok... Not really, but they've added a necessary level of comfort for shoes you wear when putting on the miles. The arch support is better suited for someone who already has high arches. The heel cup is nice and deep and I felt like my boots were more form fitting.... No sliding around=fewer blisters. There's not a lot of cushioning included here, but that's not really the point of aftermarket insoles. Foam cushioning insoles never last long in high mileage boots and shoes.Support and comfort coupled with lifetime durability make these a great luxury item you shouldn't pass up.
Should call this product "happy feet"
I love my hiking boots already, but the Superfeet insoles made them feel even better! I balked a bit at the price, but the REI sales person assured me that I'd love them...but if I didn't, I could return them...trimmed to fit my boots and all. I did the recommended break in period with the Superfeet insoles, but I have to say that they just felt right from the get-go. I've used them on a 9-mile hike and my feet felt great from start to finish (Yeah, I was still happy to put on my sandals afterward). I don't really have pronation issues, but my arch definitely takes a beating on long treks and I'm prone to heel blisters. Knock on wood...so far, both problems solved. Try them!
Shape Isn't Everything
If you have high arches, these insoles will fit your feet. That's about all the good I can say about them, though. I found them extremely uncomfortable, and the amount of cushioning provided reminds me more of traditional Japanese wooden flip-flops than of a modern shoe - there's no padding whatsoever. It's a plastic block with the barest amount of hard foam loosely stuck to it. I would have been more comfortable running barefoot. If you do decide that you want no cushioning in your shoe, I would still look elsewhere. Nothing in the build quality make it worth $40-$50. When I said it's a plastic block with HARD foam stuck to it, I meant it.
Green Saved By Shoes!
I was getting ready to throw out my Timberland Shoes that provided no support at all!, were uncomfortable, foot swimming around--they were a disaster until I decided to try Superfeet Green. The Green Superfeet is thick and filled in the shoe, provided a nest for my foot so it does not move around anymore, and provided some arch support so that my feet feel more balanced and good after having them on for a few hours. This is not my first pair of Superfeet--It's my first Green one--the thickest one. I have the narrow Yellow in my bike road shoes, and the thinner Blue in my hiking shoes that feels great all day long, every day. I got the Green this time because I needed to fill lots of space in a shoe that was designed with no support at all. Superfeet came to my rescue! Note to people new to Superfeet: You Must take out the insert that is your shoe now (if it came with one) Before installing Superfeet or they do not work. If insert is lightly glued, just pull on it. If it is heavily glued, go to a shoe repair store so you don't rip the lining. Most inserts have No glue you can just pull them out.
