Very adaptable gloves for changing temperatures

I use them every day for morning walks now that the weather has gotten colder. Not too warm and, at the same time, they keep my fingers and hands comfortable even if I start moving faster. The "touch" surfaces work pretty well, but not consistently. It's not a big deal for my use.

long fingers

Fingers are a little long even for a medium but they fit.

Fit great, poor touch screen

I have long fingers and often have to go to XL to get the length at the cost of being too wide, but these fit perfectly). They are lightweight and work great for running and hiking. Unfortunately the sensor fabric doesn't work great. I often give up and take off the gloves in order to use my watch or phone. Size XL

Amazing gloves.

As always OR has made another amazing product. These gloves are a perfect mid-layer for snowboarding. They are also great for driving to the gym when it's 28°

Comfort

Unfortunately I have arthritis in my hand. So, needless to say the cold mornings and the ache in my fingers leave a little bit to be desired! These gloves are the perfect solution to maintaining agility and dexterity while knocking out the discomfort. Able to utilize my phone without issue and the "grippy palms" take the worry of slippery driving hands Definitely recommend!! Thanks OR

Would buy again.

Own the midweight and lightweight. Both have their place. Usually use this for lower arobic winter outings (hikes) and some high output cold weather outings (trail run). Still have enough dexterity to do up my kids jacket.

Too small and too large

I am 42yo male, knuckle circumference 8.5" and hand length 7.5". I ordered size M after referring to the size chart. I have several issues with these gloves after wearing them consistently for about a week: 1. They are extremely difficult to pull on. It is hard to find a way to hold the glove firmly enough in order to be able to pull with the force necessary to get the wrist cuff over my knuckles. I have to pull to the point that it is a bit painful. I am surprised I haven't torn the seams while doing this, though I'm sure I will eventually. 2. After pulling the glove on, the fingers are about 1/4" too long. I have to pull the glove down on each finger individually to get them to the fingertips, and even then the excess length slides up pretty quickly while wearing. This feels annoying, and makes touchscreen use, the intended purpose of these gloves, pretty awkward. 3. The touch fabric finger/thumb tips are too small (SMALLER THAN PICTURED IN PRODUCT PHOTO). Even with the fabric pulled down to the fingertips, the seam between the touch fabric and the rest of the glove is right in the middle of the pads of my index finger and thumb. Constantly feeling the seams in this spot is also annoying. If you text/type with the sides of your thumbs you won't be able to with these gloves, as the touch fabric is only on the top of the thumb pad and does not extend to the sides. Also, you can't use any touch gestures with your index and middle fingers (two finger swipe, pinch/zoom etc.) because there is no touch fabric on the middle finger. 4. The printed-on rubber grip pads come off pretty easily with light use; I've lost about a dozen so far just from casual wear and driving. They also feel stickier than they need to be, in my opinion. I don't feel like my hands are really unusual in their proportions, and I haven't experienced these fit problems with other gloves. Though, if you have longer, more slender hands than I do, these gloves might be right for you.

Wierd Fit

So I had been wearing the PL100/150 series gloves for 9 years or so, until they were replaced with the new Vigor series. I loved the PL gloves and used them solely in the alpine snow environments and find that they breath well and keep my hand warm while being active. I'd go through 1 or 2 pairs every season (I always got holes in my index and/or thumb tips) but that was just normal wear so I was fine with it. These new Vigor gloves have a really strange fit as some other reviewers have also commented on. The finger tips are too long and pointy, and the cuffs are too tight. It's too bad. OR, please bring back the old fit of the PL gloves!

Very Disappointed

I bought these to back up my 3 yr old OR fleece gloves that I absolutely love. These are super tight around the wrist, I can barely put them on. The fingers are tight also. They fit and look like ladies gloves. They are very thin, there is no way I would call them midweight. Total waste of money and since I need to pay return shipping it is not worth sending them back. Money down the drain.
