A gem!
My favorite piece for hiking and to work! Very light and not bulky at all. I just wish they have more color options.

Great, just a little big
The Ferrosi material is awesome--lightweight, durable, water- and wind-repellant. The jacket is well designed and a great value. My only complaint is that the XS is pretty big on my 5'1, 98 lb frame (it looks like I'm wearing somebody else's jacket). I kept the jacket anyway because it's useful and fills a necessary hole in my jacket lineup--perfect for the windy days we get in Colorado.

The Magic Jacket
I borrowed my daughter's jacket on a recent trip to visit her in Vermont. She called it her magic jacket because it was the perfect layer every time she wore it. I agreed and bought one for myself!

I'm in Love!
My husband surprised me with this jacket as he wanted to share the great fit and quality of this jacket. He was right! We emmediately went in a seven mile hike in cool spring weather with 1200' in elevation gain, never had to take it off!! Nuf said...Buy 1 or 2 as my husband has 3!

Perfect Texas Jacket
I now have three Ferrosi Hoodies in various colors. This is my go-to jacket for day-to-day work and errands to outdoor activities such a camping and hiking. I live in Central Texas and weather can be pretty unpredictable at times so one stays in my car, the other in my hiking bag, and the last one in my closet for day-to-day use. This jacket has kept me dry during most rainstorms and blocks the bone-chilling wind we occasionally get in the winter. I am comfortable in a t-shirt and the Ferrosi down to about 45*.

Perfect light STRETCHY jacket!
This is a great top layer for outdoor spring, fall & summer nights. It's thin but blocks the wind & perfect for being active. I love the stretch & the fit! I sized up to a Medium from my usual Small to make sure the armpits weren't tight as I have muscles.

Just what I needed
I'm going to be using this hoodie in multiple seasons, and it's already turned out well in our most difficult season -- winter. As part of a layering solution, it kept me warm and dry, while still being comfortable to move around in. Winter is not my favorite season, so I can't wait to wear this in the rest of the year!

Great multi-purpose jacket
I've used this jacket for everyday wear, hiking and biking. The material is thick and feels very durable

Too boxy and baggy, I returned this jacket
I was really bummed to have to return this jacket. I absolutely love the feel and function of the ferrosi material! My husband has a ferrosi jacket, and I wanted this to work out for me. Honestly I also appreciate that OR is not obnoxious with virtue signaling, or their marketing, and the logo is not so flashy like some others. I just want my outdoor gear to be quality, functional outdoor gear...I'm not trying to make any political or cultural statements with it! Anyway, I'm an XS and the length was slightly shorter than what I was looking for, the body was boxy, and the arms were quite baggy. I know some room for layers is good, and I don't want something restrictive, but there are other softshells I've found which achieve the balance of a slimmer cut while still roomy and totally non-restrictive. It could just be my slimmer body type, skinny arms, and a longer torso length for my height. I know it's a great jacket for many, but I wonder if the cut/fit could use some modernizing.

Yes I would recommend this product.
I really like this jacket for the windbreaker factor. I have worn it for a base layer biking, hiking, and yes snow shoveling. The hood fits nicely under my bike helmet for those cold winter bike rides. The fit is a little bigger than I like, but on the flip side I can always layer under it. It is not waterproof, but it is quick to dry. It is light weight and not bulky. I find it to be my go to jacket.
