That gas block will work on this barrel, however you would have to dimple the barrel first for proper security.

What's the rifling twist rate? It just says "1". Expert Answer

All of the current Gunner profile barrels listed (11.5", 14.5", 16", 18" and 20") are all a 1:8 twist.

Changed my stock barrel for the Faxon and love it so far. About 1000 rounds through and much more consistent than the factory barrel. Been putting holes in paper and dropping panties all day long at the range with this sweet piece. Get on it.

Great finish on this barrel. It is also well balanced. I did not want a pencil barrel so this is the perfect mix. One thing I recommend is getting a clamp on gas block since this barrel is not dimpled.
